The application requires uploading several photos, one of your passport and a couple of others. I accidentally closed out the browser during the process, which meant I had to start all over again and submit the payment again. I was thinking of calling the office the next day during their office hours. The next morning before I found time to call, they voluntarily and automatically refunded me without me submitting a request. I am very pleased with it.

This is amazing, to be honest, it wasn't. Hoping to receive it within a week, because as you said, you will receive it in 2 to 5 weeks, I was worried about the possibility of getting my Visa before my flight, which I only have in 4 weeks.
