I ordered some curtains on 8th of this month and they arrived today. They are lovely and good quality. I will def buy from this company again.

I wrote a review about a week or so ago, but I wanted to update it. I finally did receive part of my order. Frankly, I love the curtains. The main issue I have is their poor customer relations. Since this is in China, I suspect the language differences account for much of the issues. The shipped my first order by boat which is why it took so long. But getting them to acknowledge the tracking situation was extremely difficult. I order an 80 x 84 set. What came is 4 panels, 38 1/2” wide. I will just stitch 2 panels together for each side of the window. As I said, I love the curtains and they look nice. Now I’m waiting for my second order which was placed a week after my first order. I’m hoping they are on the way. I have contacted customer service, but haven’t received a response as yet.

I wanted Sorbonne teal curtains to match a set I already have. The picture on the website looked like duck egg blue so I emailed to check they actually had teal and was assured they did. I placed my order, the money left the bank and no curtains arrived. I chased this up About 10 days later and was told they had no record of an order from me. After a bit of emailing they apologised and the curtains arrived a few days later. They were duck egg blue. It took them a couple of days to work out that the website had a problem and teal were out of stock. I was offered a refund but I can’t leave the house to get to the Post Office plus I’d already gone 3 weeks with no curtains in my bedroom window on a busy estate - not ideal. At this point I just wanted to get something up in the window even if it didn’t match. I requested a partial refund to compensate for all the inconvenience but was only offered a code for 10% off my next purchase which is if no use to me whatsoever. Definitely would not recommend.
