Cruise America RV Tracking Order Status

I had to cancel my reservation at the last minute because a family member passed away so I can't speak to their rental ability. My great experience came with getting a gift certificate for my reschedule when they didn't have to do that. They could have kept my $300 because they have a 7-Day no cancellation policy, but they're working with me to get rescheduled and keep my money, you don't find very often in a business they have a heart and I really appreciated it

Lifelong camper, but never in an RV. Will definitely do it again. However, the RV I rented could’ve been cleaner and there were a few safety issues, especially the driver side, front tire! All in all, I said, a great experience!! Thanks…

Staff was helpful and very informative. Great experience. Only downside is the unit wasn’t completely empty of black water when I picked it up. Glad I checked before leaving their lot.

Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip due to work, but the representative was very helpful and pleasant. He was quick in pulling up our info and confirming the reservation. We were on the phone briefly and he was able to cancel our reservation without issue. We will definitely be booking again for a future trip.
