Coquetry Clothing Tracking Order Status

One star feels too kind. To start, I payed an extra $40 or so to have my order delivered by a specific date. They couldn’t even do that and claimed that it was “delivered” two days after I initially requested it to be here. Within 30 minutes of it saying delivered, I went to check my parcel and there was no key left in my mailbox which means there was NOTHING delivered to my parcel. I double check to make sure I put in my address correct, I did. Then it appears that my package was delivered in TEXAS? Delivering to the wrong house is one thing but a whole different state is unbelievable. This was an expensive order and when I reached out claiming that it was never delivered and wanted a full refund, they were unhelpful with TERRIBLE customer service and said there was nothing they could do because in order for me to get a refund I had to return the item. Well people, it’s a little freaking hard to return the item when you NEVER SENT IT TO ME! These people are ridiculous. I was appalled after reading many other reviews, most of which said the exact same thing happened to them. Do not order from them. They need to learn how to properly run a business first.

I wore my Tahitian floral skaters dress to Las Vegas 2022 EDC and I got so many spontaneous compliments from people I just couldn't believe it!! I'm an older person and this made me feel so wonderful!! Thanks for the quality dress.

Wife had purchased a pair of leggings for me for cool-weather festivals and shows. She'd previously purchased several items from them and was quite pleased with them. Initially, I was also pleased with mine. Unfortunately, after the third wearing, the left thigh seam started to fail. Given that they were properly sized and properly cared for, this was perplexing. Upon looking at the other, still intact seams, it was easy to see why the seams were failing: they were poorly crafted. I'd post pictures but this site doesn't seem to support that option. At any rate, the seams are not even – along their length, they're not flat and the higher side switches along the length of a given seam, sometimes multiple times. Also puckering on some seams. The seam-stitching method also seems poorly selected for the fabric type. Fortunately, my wife has the knowhow and equipment to fix the problems. However, given the price paid, it's more than a bit galling that they're less well-constructed than off-the-shelf stuff I've bought at half the price. Disappointing as this seems to be a change from the quality of clothing they used to make. I'm guessing Workmanship has become a casualty of the increased amount of orders they're handling since moving off of Etsy. Note: they were contacted before I left this review. Even though the issue was workmanship, their response was essentially, "sorry: it's too late for us to offer any kind of redress". I guess screw me for not having enough occasions to have worn them a fourth time since October of 2021 and screw me for not knowing I needed to do a detailed examination of them (I didn't think they were going to be of such low quality compared to wife's prior purchases that they'd have needed such an examination).

I own several different items from this company and am just in love with them all. They make plus sizes & can even make custom items to size. I always get my order super fast and returns are super easy. I had one issue out of all my orders and they addressed it and fixed it right away. 10/10 do recommend.

Love this company! I have three pieces from them currently. The last one I ordered was a custom order someone else had done. I liked it and ordered it, not realizing the hood was meant to be tight and not baggy. I emailed them about it and they had me send it back and made the hood larger, free of charge, no hassle or anything. The turn around was super quick and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. This is a company that truly cares about their customers and want them to be happy. Some might say their outfits are pricey, but as someone who makes clothing, I think it's pretty affordable considering all that goes into them. And they fully customize outfits to create whatever you can dream of!
