Chemist Warehouse NZ Tracking Order Status

Went to buy Calvin Klein perfume this morning at Chemist Warehouse in Queen St, Auckland. The first sales clerk whose name I failed to get, was very approachable and did not hesitate to leave what she was doing to assist me in buying Calvin Klein. Chemist Warehouse deserves her in the employ. However, I failed to ask the first sales clerk relevant to the perfume, and I could not go back to her because she was engaged with another customer, I was prompted to approach another sales clerk, named, Karina. As I asked Karina if I could disturb her, I initially overheard her saying that she was doing something important, but she was forced to entertain me nevertheless with divided attention. No good. She should be sent to training, so she should know that customers are the lifeblood of any establishment. Without the customers, the establishment will not thrive. Thus, customers deserve great CS.

Was in Bethlehem chemist warehouse this morning to ask advice about my husband having gout again although he doesn't have alcohol etc and eats correctly. The young pharmacist was extremely helpful and took time explained everything to us. Will certainly be back with the attitude that was fantastic.

I do order online from them regularly due to the great pricing and availability of items I like, but you do need to know the order processing and delivery is slow. Allow at least a week for delivery to you from date order is placed (and often longer). Reasonably common for items to be unavailable and removed from order also - eg Palmolive Skin Food River Mint Foaming Hand Wash 400ml I ordered 6 days ago was cancelled due to a 'supplier issue' but is still on site as at today (and has been every day since cancelled) - stock issues happen but to still be promoting the item they apparently cannot supply almost a week later looks dodgy. Also website isn't great - for eg they have a fantastic range of cheap painkillers & more - Ethics brand - but you cannot search for a full list of Ethics products. Search for ethics and the search results page defaults to Ethical Nutrients products. Very frustrating, I buy the paracetamol and aspirin and ibuprofen often but would love to know what else is in full range.

The cheap low dose aspirin shelf was empty, only the one that’s much more expensive was there. Asked at the pharmacy counter, yes they have it but are happy to let customers think only the expensive one is in stock. The staff at the pharmacy counter are not friendly & I’ve not seen a single smile in the many times I’ve been there. The general staff are always friendly & happy to help

Recently joined online website in Cambridge. Received good customer service and got free delivery. More than $50 was spent. I like the cheaper products. Looking forward to more savings in the future.
