Car Keys Express (US) Tracking Order Status

Was told it would take a few days to get the key I ordered and paid for upfront. After a week I checked the website and it said up to two weeks so I started calling their customer service on day 15. Hold time wasn't horrible but not good either. Nice enough and said someone would get back. No follow up so I called the next day and got the same customer service rep. Still no answer, then on day 18, I get an email that they were canceling my order and for me to go back to SAMS where I placed the order with the CKE tech to get my refund.

Was told I would receive my Smartkey in a week or less, took 3 weeks to receive. Once I received the key I was told to just call the local rep to have it programmed. Waited another 4-5 days for rep to contact me and drove 50 miles to meet him only to find that his computer could not connect to my vehicle. Going on 3 weeks and still haven't had the key programmed. Communication with CKE has been lousy. I would not recommend this company!
