Would honestly give 0 stars since they scammed me £100 after advertising some sneakers but then releasing them as images? They scammed thousands of people and are not willing to refund. They're also deleting negative reviews on Google as well as negative comments on their Instagram posts. Never shop here, hope they get closed down!

Store attempted to bait bots by selling photos of a limited shoe rather than the actual shoes. In doing so, hundreds of innocent customers who werent using bots but who either cannot read german, or were rushing to purchase (very limited shoe) were essentially scammed out of 90 eur. Shameful business practice and i would not trust a company that pulls this kind of stunt. Clear lack of ethics and embarrassing support staff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

What's your business objective?

Ordinary foreign user made a purchase off the website fair and square. Found out they were not shoes, just images. If you don't want to sell shoes, don't. If you don't want to sell american products to american, don't. There's no need for such shenanigan wasting consumers time, money, and trust just to benefit your own twisted dictatorial agenda.

Complete scam.

Complete scam.

Site was in German, they let everyone check out.

It was presented as legit, with sizes and even 25 euro international shipping....

...for what ended up being a digital product.

Will be charging back asap.

Scammers

This company scammed over 12,000 consumers including myself. They intentionally deceived hungry consumers interested in purchasing a pair of Jordan 1 Low sb unc’s. However, sneaker releases typically are very fast and people will see a picture of the shoe and will go as fast possible to buy. The problem here is they loaded the product as “image files” which I missed as many others did because I was focus on checking these shoes out before they sold out. They stated it was to stop bots yet bots succeeded in checking on the real product and many manual consumer such as myself checked out random images. They refuse to cancel even when I contacted (when sites do this type of thing, they 99% of the time cancel orders). They stated that this product is delivered through a digital medium yet they still charged me for international shipping? They listed it under the footwear sections, with the image of the shoe, as the shoe with men’s and women’s sizes available. Yet why the hell would I pick a shoe size for a picture and why would the picture be in footwear section, are we wearing pictures on our feet now? In conclusion, they deceived the consumers and if you buy from them, you’re just tossing away your money.

Scam alert Zupport store

Zupport store scammed over 12,000 customers by deceiving purchase of image files rather than the actual product. Zupport claims this was bot prevention, however this in no way stopped bots and instead scammed genuine customers trying to purchase an item. Their behaviour was misleading, fraudolent and unprofessional.
They refused to refund customers.
Stay away from this scammer

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY

SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY!
Zupport advertised and promoted the online release of the NIKE SB X AJ1 LOW UNC to be on the 10th of August at 18:00 CET, and therefore there was no reason to suspect anything. When the release happened, instead of releasing the shoes, they released image files of the shoe under the Shoes section with the official product code and in the description of the product, it said that they where made out of leather. In addition, these shoes are very limited and hard to get, and as a result it is normal for them to sell out in seconds. Therefore there is no time to check the description especially when the site is in German only. I assume Zupport wanted to set a "bot trap" by doing this, but as a result 200+ people where deceived and placed an order thinking they where buying the shoes. I hope Zupport realised it's mistake as they have violated Directive 2005/29/EC of the European Parliament and refund everyone that was a victim.

Never shop with this company. They are a total scam

Never shop with this company. They are a scam. Product receive was not what I selected.

I bought 10 high resolution images of size 4 Jordan 1 low unc sneakers. I was sent 10 images of random contract documents.

I am very upset. I wanted 10 high resolution images of size 4 shoes. I wanted to print this for my sneaker wall of shoes that doesn’t exist.
