My experience with Zita West has been fantastic. I'm currently pregnant with my second child and started using the pregnancy support packs from trimester 2. Throughout my first pregnancy and first trimester with this one, I used the standard, NHS recommended Pregnacare. To be honest, I felt horrendous using this, really tired, low mood, queasy, all the usual symptoms that come with pregnancy. I was recommended the pregnancy support packs by a friend and honestly, the difference I have felt has been out of this world. I completely appreciate they are more expensive that the standard shop-bought supplements, however the ingredients in them is extremely good quality and not synthetic ie - Folate instead of Folic Acid etc. The combination also changes slightly for each trimester to offer you full support as your body and baby grows.
If you're currently pregnant and feeling rubbish, I highly, HIGHLY recommend these supplements. They are 100% worth the investment.
I am on my Trimester 3 Support Pack now and they're fabulous.
I've contacted their support team a few times now. 1 to ask about taking extra Magnesium and another about my general subscription and they are always very responsive, helpful, personable and do not fob you off with "speak to your midwife"/"consult your doctor." Brilliant company all round!

I had a consultation with Isabelle, she was very attentive and empathetic, went through the notes I’ve sent her in advance and confirmed what we were already taking was great, on top of that gave us some extra recommendations. I found the consultation very helpful and would recommend having the talk with her to anyone who is looking to conceive and wants the best nutrition for self and the future baby. There is a lot of info about conception and neonatal nutrition that is not that as easy to find and Isabelle does a great job at giving the right directions in the kindest way.

The subscription delivery is very late and I had a week gap without prenatal vitamins. It is sent on the 14th feb and today is 23rd feb I still have not received.

Firstly, the customer service is great! One of the items from my order was missing and I was able to simply respond to my order confirmation email to speak to someone (Lucy!) in order to get the item sent out. It’s so helpful to be able to speak to someone via email vs. having to go through multiple channels. There were no questions asked and my missing product came a few days later.
I’ve only been taking the product for a few days, so I cannot comment on its effectiveness yet, but I love the packaging and branding - it’s extremely polished and clean - I have high hopes!

First order for two people. Even though they are advertised as a two separate bundles. The order came in a box with pill bottles for two just randomly wrapped and thrown together. No his and her box etc. There was also no guide as to what product was for each person. Took ages to go on the website to work out who’s was what. Obviously it’s possible to work it out. But it’s just very lazy from Zita West which is meant to be a premium product. Will not be ordering again.

It's not our intention to add in additional packaging, such as separate boxes, to our deliveries as we seek to minimise our environmental footprint, having gone through a large repackaging project over the last 18months.
We strive for clarity by displaying the full pack components in each bundle image, also shown on the order confirmation email, so you don't need to read down the page to find it. We also detail each pack protocol on site in the pack FAQs.
We fully take on board your comments and thank you again for raising them, customer confusion is the last thing we wish for so it may be helpful for us to add an insert to the package as an extra fail safe.
I understand this has put you off the brand, but I sincerely hope that the quality and efficacy of the vitamins themselves may mean you continue to look to Zita West to support your fertility journey.
