Had never ordered from Zinga before but found them when they were stocking Loki Funko Pops. Couldn’t be more happy, orders took a little longer than expected due to preorder dates changing but customer service replied very quickly to my email enquiry and provided me with a detailed update on my orders. Funkos arrived well packaged and in great condition. Will definitely use again :)

Do not purchase from them

Do not purchase from them, I order advent calendars and I didn't get the amount of units that I ordered. They initially contacted me to resolve this but I have not heard from them since. The order was placed on the 13th of September and I am now having to claim back the money for the items that have not arrived.

We’re really sorry to hear you did not have a good experience shopping with us. I understand you purchased a bulk quantity of items from our store that had to be dispatched across multiple parcels due to the size of your order, and unfortunately one of your parcels went missing in transit.

While working with the courier to locate your missing parcel (that did take longer than we expected) you filed a claim via PayPal that then froze your funds until Paypal made a decision on your claim.

I see we have issued full refund for the missing parcel back to you and I sincerely apologise for our customer support not being up to our usual standard throughout this process.

Never received items order 15297

I order the 3 pack of Trailer Park Boy Pops in 2023 and NEVER RECEIVED THEM!!! I bought the pack in 2023 and now have been told on several occasions that they can not send out my order until they received stock of Bubbles who was unavailable still. I have be OVERLY patient with Zinga Entertainment but know realise that they have taken the p**s and I would give this company a huge swere if you're thinking of buying from them. I am now seeking a full refund. There have been sparse updates from their end, basically telling me it's someone else's fault they cant fulfill my PRE-ORDERED items and it's only when I send a rather curt email to them requesting my items do they give me yet another excuse of the stock not being available from distributor. If you do not give priority to preorders how can you expect anyone to take you seriously, or they need a full revamp of the purchasing department because they have no idea how to order appropriate levels of stock to fill orders.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Our deepest apologies for the distress this delay to your pre-order has caused here and I am really sorry we have been unable to fulfil your bundle as soon as we would've liked. I totally sympathise that the delay you have had to endure here has been extremely disappointing and nowhere near the standard of service we aim to provide our customers. Regrettably, as we are only a stockist of Funko products we are solely dependent on Funko Europe fulfilling our orders for stock that we place with them before we are able to fulfil our customer orders.

We too are extremely disappointed by the delay we have faced with the Bubbles Trailer Park Boys Funko Pop! Vinyl Figure as we appreciate that you have trusted us to fulfil your pre-order for this item and we know how patient you have been throughout the setbacks faced thus far. Regrettably, we are unable to fulfil this missing figure until the manufacturer is able to provide the stock we ordered for this item, and this is a delay that's not unique to our store as I know this delay is being experienced by every UK store that stocks Funko products too.

I'm really sorry to hear you feel this way towards our store.

We have always been transparent with our policy that full refunds can be provided at any time for unwanted pre-orders placed no matter the reason for wanting to cancel and your statutory rights are never affected. I recall in our previous correspondence via email that we provided some alternative arrangements that could be made to help put this right for you whether it was a full refund, partial refund or partial dispatch of the 2 in stock figures we had kept physically reserved for you while awaiting Bubbles Funko Pop! to become available, but at that time you confirmed that you didn't want a refund and didn't trust us to send Bubbles separately once stock became available and were happy to wait a little longer for the full bundle to be shipped together.

I completely understand why you may not have any trust in our store with this being your first time shopping with us and your experience being a poor representation of the usual standard of service we aim to provide our customers but I assure you we have never scammed any of our customers. We have issued a full refund for your order so you can expect funds to be returned back into your account within a couple hours.
