I ended up buying the same shoes from another website in less than a minute — no issues. Extremely disappointing. I do not recommend shopping on Zappos unless you enjoy delays, poor customer service, and a lot of wasted time.

Zappos charged my credit card more money the day AFTER I placed the order

Zappos used to be an awesome store that truly cared about customers and employees. Since Amazon bought them it has gotten worse and worse. I was Zappos VIP when all they were selling was shoes. My last shoe order has almost a full week until delivered and there were no other shipping choices. When I called there were no other options and she said it takes as long as it takes to ship. My guess is since this is Amazon and no longer Zappos these shoes are no longer in NV or KY. It seems like this whole business was outsourced. I would find somewhere else to spend your money :'(

I bought $100 pair of jeans through…
I bought $100 pair of jeans through amazon because they require it for work. Their website says you have 365 days to return anything and even in their policy if unworn. Put the clothes away to return later. 45 days later i return them. They wont issue my refund since im an amazon employee they only get 30 days. And their keeping the pants.

Bought a TUMI suitcase and one wheel broke off. Now I need to present a proper invoice (PDF document) to TUMI Service Center to be able to have the suitcase repaired but Zappos cannot send one.

Returns
I dropped off 2 returns to UPS with scan codes - because companies do not believe in allowing the customer to print a label themselves, somehow UPS mixed up the returns and 2 pair of Ugg Tazz were sent back to Zappos instead of a pair of pants. Zappos now claims that they do not inventory returns because they have multiple warehouses that they share with Amazon so they will not send me back the items that UPS mistakenly sent to them, claiming that they sell those items, so they were put into their inventory. I don't know how a company of this size does not scan, and inventory returns, but now I am out $260 because of a mistake from UPS that no one will take accountability for.

Do NOT Order From Zappos!
Absolutely horrible and inexcusable experience. Ordered a WOMAN’s boot in size 9 and received a MEN’s shoe in size 12; no where close to what I ordered. Tried to resolve it by their chat, the person stopped responding. Tried to call, the person stopped talking and had me muted but wouldn’t respond. Finally got someone the second time I called. The person I spoke to on the phone said it was possibly an inventory issue because they no longer had the shoe in my size. So you send a totally different shoe, wrong size and wrong gender??? Disgusting business practice. I will NEVER order from here again. Buyer beware of this scam!!

What a mess
What a mess, especially considering Zappos used to set the service standard for footwear.
I placed an order for a pair of in-stock Asics, and delivery status said arrival 2/14-2/15. They never arrived, so I go online and check the status and it says it cancelled. No email or alert from the company, just a no show. After spending a half hour with Customer Service, they can't tell me what happened, and that it'll be resolved in 72. Hell with that, I'm not waiting around just to get a response on what happened, while without the pair of shoes that was supposed to be delivered. I'm done with Zappos.

I was about to upgrade a negative review. I wrote a negative review about Zappo’s failure to refund my credit card. How they recharged my card and withheld knowledge of a “gift card” as I reordered. They’ve since assured me they caught the error and refunded my credit card. Well, I ordered again, had another problem, and spent 30 min. Sat. getting it fixed. Or I thought.
ITS MESSED UP AGAIN! Because once again, Zappo’s did NOT do what they said they would.
Do I want to do business angry? No!
Do I want to battle Zappo’s aka Amazon for authentic products and honesty in transactions?
No! It’s exhausting.
I can’t work this hard to keep a company honest in order to save a few dollars buying shoes.

Selling worn shoes as new
No problem with the brand or fit I ordered, or Zappos delivery or service; all OK. But Zappos is gaming me. I exchanged a new pair for a previously ordered pair. But both pairs showed OBVIOUS signs of wear - sweat & other stains on inner soles, buckle impressions on straps which must have been adjusted to fit, impressions of feet on the soft bed soles.
No original box - sandals were repackaged in a box that said: "original box damaged in shipping."
REALLY???
The $10 credit I received at Zappos doesn't make up for my lost time & disappointment & being sold worn shoes.
Zappos has a generous return policy but they shouldn't be accepting or passing on these used returns.

Absolutely disappointed and infuriated…
Absolutely disappointed and infuriated by this company. I placed an order and when it didn’t arrive, I checked my order only to discover that it was cancelled. I was not notified of the cancellation or reason of cancellation. I contacted customer service via live chat, and the service representative was, to her credit, great. She said that the payment did not go through, but I was never notified of this. As this company used my Amazon sign-in and payment information, I do not understand why this payment didn’t go through, when ALL of my other orders using the same payment method have been processed without issue. What really upsets me is that I was not notified immediately when payment did not process, so I did not get an opportunity to address the issue. Of course, now the item I wanted is no longer available in my size or desired color. This complete lack of basic customer service and communication make me certain that I will never be shopping with this company again. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos, scheduled for delivery today. However, I received an email stating that the delivery was delayed and would arrive between Dec. 31 and Jan. 2. I called to cancel the order, explaining that I would be traveling during that time and would not be home to accept the package.
I emphasized that I live in a large city, where a package left unattended on my doorstep for several days could invite theft, damage, or even a break-in. Despite my concerns, I was told the order could not be canceled. Instead, I was offered a coupon and a credit and told not to worry about whether the package would still be there when I returned.
I explained that my primary concern was not the item but the risk to my home's security. After consulting a manager, the suggested solution was for me to leave a note on my front door directing the delivery person to place the package in an inconspicuous location. I pointed out that leaving such a note would only highlight that my home was unoccupied, further inviting unwanted attention. They then suggested we ask a neighbor to collect the box; I explained that I had only recently moved to this area and did not know any other homeowners.
This experience has been deeply disappointing. Focusing on the item over my home and personal safety was frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, the coupon offered holds little value, as its savings are typically built into the item's price.
I asked if they could delay the order or divert it to the address where I would be staying. The answer to both questions was no.
I will never order from Zappos again due to this poor service.

Terrible experience. Ordered a christmas gift at the end of November. Recieved an email that my item was shipped and out for delivery December 7, my credit card was charged. In all the packages we received during this time we assumed that it was delivered but whenthe email was checked it still said "out for delivery". I texted the support team today and while, yes they were responsive, the response to my inquiry was jarring. Apparently, they were out of stock of this item and it had never shipped. They charged my cardand if I didn't reach out to check on what was happening, they would have kept my 200$ and never emailed or reached out. Do NOT waste your time with this site.
