My other half bought me a beautiful ring from here and even got it engraved. He paid for express shipping but after ordering we waited past the original expected delivery date. When I emailed and asked why it's been delayed they informed us that the engraving went wrong and had to be fixed. Then half hour later it was marked as 'shipped'. We continued to wait but still didn't arrive when we were told it would. We were refunded the express shipping fee as it was no longer express. Then fedex got hold of it and it's been lost in the local depot. I was informed by fedex that the company would have to get in touch with them to help conduct the search by giving them details about the product and the packaging it was shipped in. So I informed YFN of this and they didn't bother to get in touch with them. I've emailed them every day for the past 4 days and have had no response. I've requested a full refund as I no longer am interested in waiting in disappointment and if yfn aren't willing to help then I don't want their products any more. I am hugely disappointed over this and my other half is very angry at losing money and not being able to give me the gift he wanted to for my birthday. Won't be ordering from them again! Customer service is incredibly poor at this point

I ordered 3 necklaces on the 2nd of March. My order was supposed to been delivered on the 7th of March. I received 2 necklaces on the 24th. Still waiting on the 3rd necklaces. Now the site is saying that it will be here on the 24th. We'll it's the 27th and it's still in New York. I live in Kentucky. So I'll probably get it in December lol. I will never order from them again 😒 🙄
