I've been happy with being able to test products and getting my money back on some purchases.
They used to be good, but for weeks now, I’ve paid for a gift card that doesn’t work. I’ve contacted them many times to fix it, but they just keep making excuses and still haven’t resolved the issue. Fortunately, I only put €10 on it. Still, I won’t be coming back after this month—this feels like a scam.
Horrible cashback company. They have been witholding 80 euros in Cashback from me since December. I have sent them emails almost every week, I provided documents and receipts of my purchases, and now they flat out stopped responding to my emails, though I continue to send them every week. very sketchy company, horrible costumer service and I would be wary of using them
