I have owned the Roadster Watch winder for many years and it is a fabulous piece of machinery that looks great and functions unbelievably. I recently contacted the customer service department by email because I needed three Suspended Watch Cushions which were not an accessory I could buy. Tonia in customer service responded to my email in less than a day and said they would be on the way…. The customer service department at Wolf, is just like their products, the best. It is hard to find a company the delivers this level of customer service. I would highly recommend a WOLF watch winder! Any company that stands by their product like that is one worth investing in.

I have had a couple of issues with my 4 piece watch winder but Becky on customer service has been excellent.
I phoned Becky again yesterday and her service again has been really good proactive rather than reactive excelled her self.

I had an issue with a jewelry box I purchased from Pottery Barn several years ago. We all know that PB doesn't care about issues that are beyond say 90 days, let alone a few years. Anyway, the customer service from Alexia was fabulous. Wolf makes beautiful jewelry boxes that are well worth the money. Treat yourself or a loved one or more of their products. You won't be sorry!

Outstanding customer service
After almost 2 weeks from ordering an item that was on sale, my order was still being processed. I reached out to customer service and quickly received a response from Tonia. She checked the warehouse inventory and sadly, the item was out of stock. My money was refunded. About 4 weeks later, Tonia notified me that the item was back in stock. I was able to purchase the item and the sale price was honored. Tonia went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. She is a credit to her company. Because of the quality of Wolf products, and people like Tonia, I will continue to purchase Wolf products!

Excellent customer service! I had a watch winder with a cuff that did not fit my watch/wrist size. Alternative sizes were out of stock so I emailed customer service when they would be restocking. Mieko promptly got back to me and sent a new cuff which arrived in the mail just a few days later - free of charge! It was clear the team wanted to help resolve the issue and make it a positive experience.

I needed a new cuff for my Wolf watch…
I needed a new cuff for my Wolf watch winder. The required cuff was no longer sold but Tonia was able to secure one for me. Then, when it was not delivered due to the Canadian postal strike, she found an alternate source and had a second one shipped to me. The second one arrived and I now can place all three of my watches in the winder. Thank you Tonia!
