My daughter purchased a wisdom panel kit for us to test our pup. When I couldn’t “activate” the the test kit I contacted the company directly. After sending all the info the requested, they said the kit was a counterfeit even though our daughter used what appeared to be Wisdom Panel’s website via Amazon. Now she has to attempt to get a refund from Amazon. Wisdom Panel will take no responsibility. So bottom line is DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM AMAZON!!!

The on line ordering was easy but my husband did forget to check the box to continue to get updates on progress of sample journey. We received the sampling kit promptly. The timescale for receiving results was just over 2 weeks.
We were pleased with the results and information given to us by Wisdom. Our Molly is a Poodle x King Charles Spaniel. Some of her wider family was traced.
The results gave us numerous things to talk about and laugh!

Amazing experience
I wanted to find out the DNA on our 2 rescue dogs, and eventually sent off for two test kits, unfortunately one of the kits could not be activated, but was quickly dealt with by their customer service dept, and a new kit arrived in less that 48 hours. We got the results and found there was too much info to take in all in one go, and I still refer to it now. It's given us a better understanding of our furbabies, and to find out which breeds were present in their DNA was most amazing, Thank you so much.
