The items were fine, but the return policy is a disaster. Had I known that while the parcel is delivered by DHL, the return has to be handed to DPD, I would not have ordered here in the first place. I asked for a DHL-label, but I received an automatically generated answer forwarding me to the return portal.
As a retaliation and, I returned not only one of the ordered bags, but also the 300-Euro laptop bag that I could keep, as I can also just buy from somewhere else and I do not want to do any business with the company having such deceitful practices.

WeLove Bags is one of the best online stores I’ve ever shopped from! I’m based in Bulgaria, and they’re in Germany, yet they’ve always been incredibly precise with both deliveries and customer support. Deliveries are fast, the products are high-quality and exactly as described. Their customer support is outstanding – always ready to assist with any questions. I’m very satisfied and will definitely continue shopping with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Return from outside of Germany is at the customer's expense-- it is not explicitly mentioned until you actually have a return then they email you that info. That is going to be EUR 20 at least.
The bags have defects & imperfections, therefore the cheaper price compared to other websites. If you don't want a defective piece, don't waste your time with this business.

Extremely disappointing experience with We Love Bags. Order was cancelled without explanation, and follow-up communication was confusing and unhelpful. Despite efforts to resolve the issue, responses seemed to ignore the specifics of my situation, leading to frustration. Would not recommend due to poor customer service and lack of resolution

Ordered my Delsey Tramontane 77cm suitcase on Friday, April 1st, via amazon.de, and it reached me in Bucharest, Romania on Tuesday 5th of April. Good price of the product and very good shipping rate with DHL.
