Booking process went terribly, couple of times ended with error apparently due to my Dutch credit card. Tried with different payment method (same card coupled via PayPal) and it was accepted. Worst part is last question when you know end price, they don't ask if you accept payment, but if you accept payment with flexibility option! After few error messages clicked on it quickly and 130€ euro more was charged! F*** you shitholes, this was my last purchase. Never ever weg.de
I mistakenly booked the hotel with the bank transfer option and didn't confirm the invoice. They sent me a legal notice for the unpaid 43 euros. When I contacted customer care, they told me that in order to cancel the booking, I had to pay 98 euros. The total booking cost was 216 euros. After I paid the cancellation fee, they finally sent me the cancellation receipt.
This website is a scam. They're cheating customers. I strongly advise you not to use it – book your stay elsewhere directly.
My experience was rather straight-forward: found tickets via Kayak and bought them. Having received the booking confirmation, I did not have to engage with weg.de on any topics later on. This basic experience was excellent. I cannot evaluate what that experience would have been if I’d had to contact weg.de.
Flight rate was very reasonable and booking quite easy with no hidden charges... Needed to cancel one leg, which could be done quite easily via chat.. Refund options were reasonable and quick,

I paid for the vacation in Spain through them. In the meantime, some agency went bankrupt that goes through them, where they booked my trip 5vor5, so they decided not to return my money. The reason is because I didn't book a full package, but only hotel.
