I have been dealing with this company for over 15 years, never an issue. Jan. 18, 2024, I ordered some flax seeds, I was charged immediately, and today is Feb. 20, and still nothing. Phone calls, e-mails, online chat, NO ANSWER. Just putting warning out for others.

I put a $150 order (which was charged immediately on my credit card) in on Aug 11, 2023 and nothing...no notification of shipping, no response to 6+emails, no response to 6+phone messages. I finally got someone on the phone, and here's what I was told: any orders made before Aug 14 are not being filled. The previous owner "took" the money. The "assets" of the company were bought and the "new manager" Julia Melo, has no intention of providing restitution to customers. I was told someone named Dennis was the owner. No last name, no contact address. Now I will have to take it to my credit card company and hope they can get me a refund. Never doing business with this company again!

I’ve been ordering from Upaya Naturals for over a decade, happily - both products and customer service. Lately however something has changed. I’ve been patient and given them four chances. I’m done! Products showing in stock when they are not actually ready to ship. Long shipping delays. Live chat unavailable with no replies. No email replies until a PayPal claim is submitted. And no response to phone messages. My last 4 orders took so long to be processed that I cancelled them (also not easy). I factored in the Pandemic effect and let it slide a bit. I love their products but have now found alternative suppliers that offer the customer service Buyers deserve.

for years this was our go to for online organic nuts, spices etc. but since the pandemic began they consistently were dropping the ball. orders were made for items not in stock. it became a hassle tracking down unshipped orders. sad as this was an important source for our vegan household.
