I made an order that I had to cancel

I made an order that I had to cancel, and its been 2 weeks and despite them promising, I have not received my refund of over 2000 euros. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of anyone on the phone or per email any longer either. This feels like a scam now and I will be contacting my credit card company today.

UPDATE: refunded after I tried to call everyday for 2 weeks.

Everything I ever wanted from a mattress

One year now since I have the big 180x200 mattress from Una. Really comfortable and never regretted a second the purchase (nor my wife). The service and delivery was top notch. You should consider however that it's pretty heavy and comes in 3 separate boxes; altogether around 75 kg - thus make sure you have some help when setting it up. Strongly recommended.
