Grocery orders are amazing! The driver communicates well for items not found and options. Great service.
My food order was mixed up, I'd ordered gluten free, mild spice and regular spicy. Unfortunately, received gluten free spicy, which I couldn't eat and regular normal spice, which I still couldn't eat, but my son enjoyed both.

For once I used a shopping service that didn’t tell me they were out of something that was actually still very much in stock, didn’t require 38 texts back and forth while shopping, and still got things handled without having to be babysat. I was super impressed by the service of our shopper. My only complaint is that I tried to give him a bigger tip but the app failed several times.
Great choices, easy to place order. The ability to see status at every stage from order received right through to delivery is very helpful. The entire process works extremely smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend to everyone.
I’ve been really disappointed with how Uber Eats has handled my issue. I used a promo code for a 50% discount, but was charged the full price. After reaching out to support, I received vague responses with no clear explanation about why my account was flagged or what caused the issue. I’ve followed all the rules, and yet I was told I couldn't get any further help, despite asking for clarity multiple times. It feels like there’s no transparency or accountability, and I’m left without any answers. Extremely frustrating experience."

I used a promo code on Uber Eats which fairly discounted my order to £14. After adjusting my order to items that still met the minimum spend required for the promo code, Uber Eats suddenly removed the promo and charged me £29 — double the amount I agreed to.
When I tried to cancel, Uber Eats made it impossible to do so through the app, refused to connect me with a live agent, and gave no clear cancellation options. I was forced to either accept the unfair charge or lose my money.
Since then, I have been ignored across all platforms — Twitter, direct messages, and emails. Meanwhile, they continue to respond to other customers, showing a complete lack of care when real issues involving their mistakes arise.
This is an absolute nightmare experience and a clear violation of UK consumer laws on pricing and fair treatment. I have no choice now but to escalate this matter with my bank and Trading Standards.
If you value fairness, transparency, and real customer support, avoid Uber Eats.

I’ve had food from Sing Faye before so I know how lovely the food is. It was just nice to relax and get it delivered by a reliable outfit like Uber Eats.
