Beware! Customer service email and phone numbers disconnected!
I bought a suit over a month ago - which to be fair was very good - however the jacket didn't fit so returned for replacement. Nothing heard so tried to chase up today.
Email returned (no domain) and phone number disconnected.
BEWARE!

Bought a floral design suit jacket for a wedding and my god is it stunning, worth every penny spent and the delivery took no time at all here at my home within a day!!!!

Edit: Twisted Tailor reached out to me and offered me a full refund with no return shipping charge. I emailed them about my problems with the order after it arrived, but I got no response. They only offered a full refund after I posted this review (which was originally 1 stars).

Here's the original review I posted:

I attempted to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it. I put in a support ticket, and called their number since their website said that is the way to catch orders before they go out. I called several times, but each time the line would ring twice and then hang up.

When I received the order, the size was VERY off, despite using the measurements on the items page.

Between the amazing fit and the very fast shipping, this was a very positive experience for me. Normally, I’m used to buying their clothes off of ASOS, however, I realize I could go straight to the designer and get more of a selection. The fabrics, the fit, it’s all 5 stars for me and I will be back.
