I have had no main phone line for over three weeks. As I rent my phone line via Callflow/Trooli, BT cannot take a fault report from me. I have phoned Trooli four times, submitted two fault reports and made a complaint to their customer services. No one has got back to me or returned calls as promised. Appalling service.
As to Trooli’s response can you check account number YPB110 and you will see that I have internet supplied by you via BT phone lines as we have no fibre lines. You will see that you charge me line rental for my land line on your billing. So you are incorrect when you say you only supply internet via fibre. BT won’t speak to me because you are their customer not me.

Easy to arrange installation although I had to phone to remind them to send the router cos the engineer arrived before the router did. Router then arrived and it was very easy to set up.
Speed is 4
82 (not 900) but still much higher than BT.

We've been with Sky for years & they've just got worse! I was recommend Trolli, so easy to sign up with. Lewis, the engineer who installed our broadband, was brilliant. He called before he arrived, was very chatty & polite. He took time to explain everything & did a very neat job. He installed all the equipment exactly where I wanted it & tested everything thoroughly before leaving. Highly
recommended.

I've just signed up for the second…

I've just signed up for the second time. We went to Sky for a year and a half but only because they offered a good deal bundled with a TV package.
So when that ended we compared deals and chose to re-sign with Trooli on their 900 package. Great speeds and symmetrical so upload speeds are much better.

George was very helpful and quick to respond - thank you!

Easy set up and much quicker speed

Easy to arrange installation although I had to phone to remind them to send the router cos the engineer arrived before the router did. Router then arrived and it was very easy to set up.
Speed is 482 (not 900) but still much higher than BT.

In terms of speed, test this with an Ethernet cable and a laptop or a desktop. Wireless speed on your handhelds will not give you a fair test of max speed received to the router, and there's no way we can guarantee our 900Mbps speed on a wireless device based on the device used, house layout, thick walls and interference to signal within the home.

Great installation by our engineer Lewis.

Just had our Trooli installation this afternoon.

Rang up to join trooli and was pleased that, unlike some companies, there was no pressure to sell me a more expensive package than I needed. Kash dealt with everything. Still have to wait and see what the product is like, but as several people in my road have signed up to trooli I am hopeful that it will be good

Great service

Very happy with the speeds and service

Very happy with the speeds and service. Our installation was not easy, and it was not Trooli’s fault. On the day of installation it turned out that there is no ducting from the pavement to our house, the cables are all buried. We had to discuss and come up with a way to get the cable from the front of the house to my house. This did involve a failed 1st install, as there was not way to get the cables through. Trooli agreed to pay for the amount that was required to excavate the front of the house a little and lay the cable. We then run the cable along the side of the house, through a conduit. My speed previously was 60 down and 15 up. Now we are 500/500 of course there are some compromises with Wi-Fi but again that is not Trooli’s issue. We did take the Wi-Fi booster and this was very important, for our house which is quite big and needed the booster.

I have had Trooli for about a month…

I have had Trooli for about a month now. I used to have a Wi-Fi from hell, saw Trooli offered a 2GB/s speed so decided to check them out. Engineer came after a week and installed the router, WiFi was still offline due to a non activated junction box, waited another week for another engineer to come and fix to no avail, then no communication once he left for about another week until I gave them a call, then they got me online that day. Upon testing my wifi speed is about 300mb/s wireless and 800mb/s via ethernet, so usually around a 75% loss/actual speed under the 2GB/s im paying for, however I knew no company will actually provide the speed they advertise hence I went for the biggest package to get the best speed including percentage loss. Overall I would recommend Trooli as the Wi-Fi is still amazing.

Of course, as you mentioned, with Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee speeds because there are so many factors which can affect this, including position of the router in the home, which wireless device you are using, which wireless network card those devices use, objects in the way, interference, and so on.

Our switch to Trooli has been great

Our switch to Trooli has been great. George was very helpful on the phone, he fully answered all of my questions, set up our account & booked our engineer visit. Everything has gone extremely smoothly & we now have very fast broadband from Trooli that we are very happy with

Spoke to a lovely lady today called Janet . She put me at easy right from the off . Everything was clearly explained in full and told me of all my option that was available .
