I was looking to change suppliers because my Sky tariff was moving from £28 to £46 pm for an average service. I know Trooli are very good but believed were too expensive. I saw on line a £29.99 tariff and though i would call to see if any deals on. George answered very quickly and was pleasant, cheerful, polite and very helpful. He was able to offer a £26.99 discounted tariff and set up the account quickly and efficiently. Job done and start to finish was less than 20 mins.

I received an email the day before the appointment as a reminder and then on the day to let me know the engineer was on the way.
The engineer was very polite, ran through where we wanted the fibre running and then installed it. He was great and very tidy. Once installed he checked I could connect to it then ran through what he had done and ensured I was happy with everything before leaving.
The only slightly stressful part is updating all your devices!
My wifi is now amazing!

Refuse to terminate our contract unless they want us to pay £542, they should be paying us compensation.

Beware of Trooli - its a trap
I am existing customer if Trooli, here are critical points to consider before you go ahead and enrol as customer with Trooli, its a trap don't fall for first 6 months £1 connection , you will cry after that
1. Technical Customer service - i called when my internet connection is down or having issue, it was sad to see that I can contact only during normal business hours, outside business hours, you have email with no timelines to revert
2. The customer service agents are only interested in finding ways to charge additional fees in event of technical fault.
3. Trooli Customer service lacks highly empathy and warmth towards its customer
4. Frequent buffering and no resolution

Terrible company. Do not use vthem
Trooli had problems with the initial installation but we got their in the end. Great. You should know that I also linked up with a company called Voipfone to digital. Shortly after installation we started to get problems with with the router dropping out. Called the help desk . said they would run tests. Yes there is a fault which I can fix from here Got cut off from him. He can't call me back because I'm on a digital phone. To cut a very long story short I spoke to four plus technicians ,each one couldn't help. we did many switch off's and factory resets. problems not solved and sometimes made worse. Twice asked to speak to a supervisor, twice told they were in a meeting but would call me back. never heard from them.That seems to be a common problem. Was told that it looks like you have a problem with your router I will arrange to send you a new one. Guess what that never arrived Phoned up to inquire where it was . Sorry sir nothing on the system about sending you a new router. Now I am very ,very lucky I have a son who knows computers and software inside out . He solved many of the faults created by Trooli technicians in no more than 10 minuets.At his suggestion he researched and purchased a router which he installed and since then I have had know problems. The other day I had an email from Trooli asking if everything was ok. I tried to speak to him but,surprise, was told he was in a meeting.That seems to be the stock ,fob them off answer. I cannot recommend this company.

Don't go with trolli if you live in a flat
I live in a flat and I checked with trooli if they could install they confirmed they could. They then came out on the install date the engineer had no idea what he was doing and called his managed 12 times. He said he couldn't install and wouldn't explain why and then left. I then was left for a week without trolli confirming what was going to happen even though i tang them 5 times and in the end I cancelled the policy because no one could give me a answer. I went with trolli because of the amazing reviews it turns out that might only be for single dwellings.

Trooli have managed to disconnected me and offer no response
Trooli were contracted by our current provider Zen, to provide our fibre-optic service. They managed to install as far as a new external junction box but then did not complete the work by connecting to the router; copper wire now disconnected and we have no broadband. Trooli just rely on individual contractors and have no system for proper service. They consist of sales personnel and contractors.

I had george phone me to asked if I had checked when my contract runs out with bt. Because I did do a comparison site and there was a few broadband offers from different companies and trooli was one of them. my son inlaw told me to go with trooli he joined them couple months ago and is really happy with them. So I said to the person who phoned whose name was George. ok I will go with trooli and he sorted everything all out so I will be set up soon. And because Neil introduced me to trooli he gets £30 credit on his bill and I get £15 for joining so I am very happy.

Outstanding service
After years of slow internet and being told my house was not ducted I got in touch with Trooli for full fibre installation. From the day I ordered it Steven from Trooli contacted me and said he would do his best to get me connected. Exactly 1 week after I ordered I am connected with full fibre and crazy download speeds. Shaun that done the installation and Steven who organised the install were first class. I would definitely recommend this company for fibre broadband in south Lanarkshire, Scotland. Great communication and the level of service was top class. A credit to the Company. Well done guys and thanks again.

I inquired about an internet connection…
I inquired about an internet connection in a pretty remote area and trooli were able to very quickly survey and verify that they are indeed able to provide me with a direct full fibre direct to my property with a 2gbs connection. When talking over the phone I was speaking with Kash who was extremely helpful and knowledgable in terms of the services and the process.

New Trooli customer
As a new customer of Trooli I found the sales process very easy, placing my order with Kash in the sales dept was easy, he was excellent at explaining everything and processing my order. Install was arranged very quickly and the engineer turned up on time and soon had me up and running, and the speed was as promised. I did have some questions about the system and the workmanship of the installation after the engineer had left, so I E mailed Trooli with my questions and with videos , I was disappointed they did not come back to me and after a day I had to ring them to get answers, that has been the only downside so far of my dealings with Trooli and is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.
