So bad placement of my Tovala oven on the stove in my tiny kitchen, led to damage by an accidentally turned on burner. The drip tray and two of the plastic feet were melted. I emailed them about my problem, I’d only had the unit for a couple of months. The crew at Tovala sent replacement parts - by FedEx - at no charge. The meal plan is flexible and affordable and the food is pretty terrific so far. If you are thinking about a meal plan but haven’t pulled the trigger, Tovala would be my choice again (and I’ve tried a couple of the better known meal plans.). Stop thinking about it, order your Tovala today and eat well, for less and with a company that cares about their clients - and proves it.

I’ve tried five Tovala meals so far, every single one has been at least a 4 out of 5—some even better. The flavours are good, the portions are just right, and everything feels fresh without being fussy. (Although I wasn’t sure about the mayo on the raw chicken, but it worked)

As someone with ADHD who lives alone, this has been a bit of a game changer. It almost feels like I’ve got someone in the kitchen helping me cook, and all I have to do is pitch in a little. It takes the pressure off while still giving me a real meal at the end of the day.

The oven is controlled right from your phone, and they honestly couldn’t make it easier. Tap, scan, and wait, it does the rest.

And for someone living alone, the average of $10 a meal feels more than reasonable. No more stressful supermarket runs or guilt-inducing fridge cleanouts filled with spoiled food I never got around to cooking. Oh, the life of ADHD.

We love the ease, convenience, and the taste of the Tovala meals. Faster than take out, and not the same foods over and over.
We do not have issues with allergies but recently Tovala had a recipe change. I read the email alert they sent, and then dismissed it as it wasn't a problem for us. A few days later we put the meals in and for the first time ever, we couldn't scan. I opened the app to troubleshoot, and immediately a reminder of the recipe change popped up, as well as qr code that could be scanned if the meal was still safe for you. I was so impressed with how this was handled. While we don't have allergies, we have family members that do and this could be life saving! Such a great use of technology.

I have not been disappointed with any of my meals. I started in Feb ‘25.
Food is excellent quality and easy to prepare. I like that there is no waste as with other meal plans I’ve tried.
I like being able to get meals for one, even though most for me, end up being two meals.

Love this service! Have been using traditional food recipe boxes, for over 15 years. No more, though! Tovala’s food is super easy to prepare and just as delicious as when I made our meals from scratch. They get rave reviews from us.

I have tried multiple meal services, and this one is fantastic. The meals are super easy to prepare and taste great. Each week they have varied selections with you can select to your preference. Most prepared meal look just like the recipe card. I no longer waste food because I cook just for myself.

I have really enjoyed the meals and service. I've only had 1 issue with something in the delivery today and they were very helpful and immediately gave me a credit.
The food has always been fresh. Meals are quick and easy to make. Some have a bit more seasoning than I prefer, so I just don't use all the seasoning provided. If you like more seasoning though, there is definitely plenty provided.

I like Tavola and love the oven. Now that I know more about cook times I can use it for many other foods. I like the meals. I've learned not to use all the spice in the packages as they can be a bit much. It's made life easier. I do wish there were more vegetables.

We (a senior couple) have had the Tovala oven and service for several months now. It was recommended by a person who administered a flu shot, a single woman. We feel it is the absolute best meal service we have ever had, bar none, and we have had many. I am 80yo, and have some disabilities, including standing for long periods, so cannot cook traditionally any longer. It has been a Godsend. We tried Cook Unity, also good, but you just can't get the flavors and fresh quality from a microwave plan. We also tried several others, both meal kits and microwave options. For us, Tovala's shipping service is near perfect, the condition of the food when it arrives is also, and we marvel at how quickly we can get a wholesome fresh meal on the table with our oven, which has performed flawlessly. I cannot even imagine my life without Tovala now, for as long as we stay in our own home. Our nutrition intake has been much higher with these meals, and the convenience and ease of clean-up is incomparable. Every week I eagerly survey the meal selection, and have never really been disappointed, although like all food, some is better than others. Yet, I rate at least 95% of my meals "perfect". Your life will change for the better when you subscribe to Tovala, do it!

I’ve really enjoyed most of the meals I’ve tried. It makes cooking for one so easy and clean up is easy as well. But what I’m most impressed with is their customer service. They are kind, polite, extremely helpful, respond quickly and really put the customer first!

Have been using tovala for 2 years.Don’t care for the quality of beef,too stringy,tough.Need to add more sauce choices.Stop 2 portions meal option.Some meals portions not worth the price. Difficulty contacting customer service.Overall a good food service.
