I was so excited to make my purchase and was very pleased at the time it took to receive my items. The problems started with the leggings ,they all rolled down and I bought 7pairs . I reached out to their customer service via email because they don’t have a phone number and that’s where my issues just stacked one on top of the other. Communication takes days to respond and I have literally responded immediately to an email from the rep seconds after receiving a response to then have to wait another 4 to 5 days for a sliver of a response. All I want to do is complete an exchange and they make it impossible. I literally purchased during Black Friday and the new year has come and still no replacement??? No response either. By the way don’t purchase using a discount code!they won’t refund your money so your stuck with McDonald’s service and store credit they never give you.
