I bought a charger at Paris on Feb 2022. My samsung charger broken and need one right away. So stop at a shop somewhere in Paris. I don't even remember the name of the shop but the charger is "the kase" brand. At the time I thought it was a bit pricey. But It's the best charger I ever had. I used every day since then and works perfectly.Excellent quality and design. Love the nylon braided cable cover/protection. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I purchased an Apple iPhone 13 for just over 350 euros from these guys at the end of the summer. After a few days with no damage from my side, the phone started to malfunction first with camera problems, the internal microphone not working, and the charging system started to act weird. After all this, I dropped the phone very lightly about 30 cm in a sturdy case and it landed on the corner of the case, the back glass which was fragile broke. I mentioned this honestly to them by email and instead of being reasonable and taking into account the phone was already malfunctioning they jumped on the fact it had been lightly dropped, in a sturdy case and completely threw out any responsibility by using this as the total reason for the phone's problems which as you can imagine is very frustrating. They do not care about customer service I have been trying for weeks to reason with them and asked them just at least to fix the internal problems that are clearly their responsibility and I would deal with and/or finance the back screen myself. I will spend as much time as I can warning people about this company as they have caused me a lot of stress and difficulty by not responding and not helping at all.
Good to have universal systems that easy to remove and reconnect but little worries me the strong enough

Do Not buy from them

Dreadful service
I ordered a reconditioned mobile on 5 October. It was received by UPS at their depot in St Ouen on 6 October and since then has been travelling around various depots until today when it has arrived back in St Ouen. I provided my full address and even gps coordinates. Also gave the address of a local relais where it could be dropped. Clearly The Kase have not communicated any of this to the carrier and I am without a phone and 199.99€ out of pocket. The Kase are now ignoring my emails sent to both client service and customer care so take no notice of their replies to their bad reviews. Requests for reimbursement are also ignored. I wonder about the condition of the phone after it has been thrown around by UPS for two weeks. I certainly don’t want it now. Shockingly poor customer service. If possible I would give them zero stars.

Uncompleted delivery it just your bad luck!
I ordered 2 Round Magnetic Back Cap on order AU207038 but I received only 1. I also realised that I should have ordered Front Cap.
I have been written to KASE several times but they never replied any of my mails. I then returned the 1 Back Cap with a note of the uncompleted delivery and ordered 2 new Front Cap.
I received a refund of only 1 Back Cap and the 2 new Front Cap.
Again I have been writing to KASE without any answer and no further refund.
It's impossible to communicate with KASE on email!
If you have an uncompleted delivery it just bad luck!
