Delay in delivery of the shipment and inability to track the shipment. When I asked for the tracking number, they told me to ask them via WhatsApp and they will tell me the shipment plan every time. This is tiring.

Shopping with Thahab has been an absolute pleasure and I sincerely look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.

I've been looking for a particular Anna Quan skirt for several months and was thrilled to see that my size was available on Thahab. As this was my first time shopping from their website, I came to Trust Pilot and was quite concerned with some of the negative reviews. The primary issues I noticed were regarding shipping, not being refunded for items that were not delivered, and import charges.

The first time I placed an order for this skirt was on November 10th. I received an extremely apologetic email from concierge, who informed me that my size was not available and my card was at no point charged. A few weeks later I checked again and noticed that my size was back in stock. I placed my order on November 22nd and on November 23rd I received an email with my DHL tracking information and an estimated arrival date. It is now November 27th and my skirt has been delivered in absolute perfect condition. My skirt was wrapped in a DHL bag, inside of which was a cardboard box, inside of which was the beautiful white Thahab box, wrapped with a tasteful black ribbon

When you make a purchase from *any* country outside of your own, the tax and duty fees of your country will be applied when the item enters your country. For reference the item I purchased was approximately $700 (CAD) and the import charge was $85.72. This has nothing to do with the business you are purchasing from.

Overall, I would highly recommend Thahab - they have an incredible collection, excellent customer service and fantastic shipping.

I bought expensive bag one week ago. Nobody ship it yet. I tried to contact by email, phone, WhatsApp. 0 unswer. I have to claim to paypal and it's all on me! What a horrible experience!!!

My experience was more than incredible. At first I thought that the prices of the dresses I bought were spam but I realized that they were serious people so I decided to buy them and in less than a week I had the merchandise in my hands packed in an elegant and impeccable way. I noticed that one of the dresses from Brox and Banco was missing the fabric belt and I wrote an email and via WhatsApp and the same day I received a response from them. The next day they wrote me that they would send it to me and in a few days I had it in my hands. There was follow-up of it and the reception. I was very impressed with the excellent service of the website. 100% recommended.

Be careful! TRAP International customers

1) I The photos on the site are misleading. For example, I received a ring the size of a baby's thumb.
2) Taxes and customs are not included !
After you entered international address , there is NOT EVEN a reminder of potential taxes
3) Only half of my order has been shipped and I have no news on the rest of my order.

Customer service is the worst I've had to deal with, in addition to being contemptuous, they are appallingly dishonest.

I bought a necklace, once it arrived it was ' gold ', I thought I had clicked of ' silver ' but apparently had not.
I contacted Thahed via email, Amina was amazing, it must be a faulty setting, but I was assured and anew silver necklace was sent to me.
The communication was great, the necklace is gorgeous. I genuinely appreciate the great customer service, Amina was brilliant.

Don’t buy!!!!!!
They sent defective goods, after the return did not return the money. Asked to send a document about the transfer of money and did not send anything. It’s the worst experience of shopping.

Someone stole my credit card info and bought $3,000 worth of items with this store. When I reached out to them to let them know what happened they accuse me of lying.
Thank God my credit card company refunded me the money.
