I bought a jacket before the UK stores closed. The sales assistant advised me to get the smaller one, unfortunately, it is too small, and I wanted to return it. The store had already closed in Covent Garden. I have been trying to contact Ted Baker to still get this jacket exchanged. Please contact - sie35 a hot mail . com

Impossible to contact for return

The worst snikers you can buy

The worst snikers you can buy! On middle of February I buy a snikers from Ted baker it cost 162eur or 10.000denars. Today is 4th of April my shoes are completely peeled off,myb is my 5th time I wear it, I can't believe that а brand like this can afford to sell such poor quality products that are not cheap and are so uncomfortable. This is my first time buying something from this brand and of course my last.. I don't know if its just in Macedonian products but I am so disappointed from this brand

I am extremely disappointed with the customer care

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cellini Bags in Sandton City regarding my Ted Baker luggage. My husband purchased this beautiful and luxury bag as a gift, and I have taken excellent care of it.

While using the bag, I extended the telescopic handle, and the weight of my clothing (less than 23 kg) caused the plastic surrounding the handle mechanism to crack. This is clearly a manufacturing defect and a flaw in the strength of the materials used—something I explained thoroughly to the Cellini team. However, instead of standing behind the quality of the product, they dismissed my concerns and blamed airline damage, despite my clear explanation that this did not happen during a flight.

As a high-end luxury brand, I expected Cellini and Ted Baker to uphold a high standard of service and customer care. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they applied plastic cement to the crack in the messiest, most unprofessional manner possible. The repair is embarrassingly bad, something my toddler could have done better. This “solution” completely tarnishes the exclusivity and elegance of the bag.

A five-year warranty should not amount to a cheap, amateur repair job. Other prestigious brands, such as Polo, have provided me with outstanding service in the past, replacing damaged items without question. Yet Cellini and Ted Baker seem content with offering subpar fixes rather than upholding their brand’s reputation.

As frequent travellers to luxury destinations, we carefully select brands that align with our lifestyle and expectations. This experience has left me deeply frustrated, disappointed, and questioning the integrity of Ted Baker and Cellini. I expect a proper resolution, and I refuse to accept this as the final outcome.

I demand answers and better service. A brand of this calibre should value their exclusive customers, not dismiss them.

If only I could lose my shape as quickly as a Ted Baker Jumper

Received a Ted Baker jumper for Christmas size 4, large UK.
After one wash it would only fit a child.
Everything was done as per the label instructions.
Ted Baker customer response was sometimes a faulty item can pass quality
control we will take this onboard for future reference . I don't want to back to gifter and afk for them to try and find a receipt.
I found them totally non active in helping me.
BTW the item is made in China.

Poor experience :-(

I ordered a coat online which although very nice quality and the correct size was way too large for me. I returned the item using one of their prepaid returns labels and almost 2 weeks later, no confirmation of return or refund has been sent. Chased customer service and they were about as helpful as a handbrake on a canoe! I have never had to wait this long for a refund from any other retailer and judging by the other reviews, I will be lucky to get the money back at all. Thankfully paid via credit card, so will take it up with them if I have to wait much longer. Nothing like the amazing service that was once Ted Baker. I won’t be shopping with them again, sadly. Very disappointing experience.

Sloppy customer care

A bag from Ted bakers had issues with the leather peeling off just a couple years after buying it and when I contacted them they asked me to take it to a local cobbler to get it repaired. Their excuse was that their management has changed and they are not responsible for items brought before the change, I was honestly shocked at that response. Used to be a regular customer of theirs even before the brand came to India , made sure I always picked up something when I travelled to Dubai or London but with this kind of a sloppy response I doubt I’ll buy from them again.

Absolutely terrible service from Ted…

Absolutely terrible service from Ted Baker
I ordered a bag in December 2024. It came later than I expected and the colour was very different to what I saw online. I returned the item but never received my money. Their customer service number didn't go through, so I went on their live chat and finally got Hannah who chatted with me and told me I will not get full refund meaning I paid for delivery as well as return and then had to wait 5 weeks or more to get my refund. Terrible service from them and I do not have a Ted baker near me so online was my only option. As i write this review, I still haven't received my refund. STAY CLEAR THIS COMPANY. I could give zero if enabled

I have scammed experience on this site.
They are stealing the genuine website and collect orders from customers and will give a tracking number by this shipping which is totally fraud and the item will not come using 17track site shipping.
There are people working behind this stealing the legitimate websites not only pertaining on this site. There are many more so please be aware.

I ordered Liroi Bleu Slacks on December 8th and we are now January 14th...I cannot talk to no one at all ..no-one even replies to emails also the amount of $146.00 was charged on my account..that was the only quick thing about them...still no news and have lost my money to them ...beware of them ..they aren't trustworthy at all...
