The company WARRIOR has some great supplements with great variety of flavour.

If you want supplements from a company that isn’t greedy this is the company to use, 100% trust.

Great company, great products with great taste and great prices!

Ordered at product, arrived with only 2 weeks left on the BB date. Was told this is fine you can still eat them 6 months out of date. No indication I was purchasing a short dated product, requested to return the item, have to drop off at Evri point, the complete there online form and the re-contact them for a resolution.

Very shady company, avoid if you can. They use lots of misleading marketing, sending you emails with discounts or sales and stamping "extra 5% off in app" in massive letters on the top....impossible to get an "extra" 5% discount as you can't use more than one discount code....very misleading and purposely improper use of the word EXTRA.
They also try and charge you by default additional shipping insurance which you will get with your postage anyway.
They also try and charge you a "tip" for their staff....why don't you just pay your staff properly?
Just overall a disingenuous company where there is always a catch and something misleading.

Misleading Expiry Dates & Non-Existent Customer Support

I recently placed an order for protein bars from Warrior, but unfortunately, I’ve had a disappointing experience. Two of the boxes I received (cookie flavour) have an expiry date of March 2025 (which we are half way through the month already), which means they are already close to expiring. There was no mention of this on the product page, and had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered multiple boxes. Given that protein bars are often bought in bulk for longer-term use, receiving products with such a short shelf life is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, Warrior’s customer service is almost non-existent. They have no email support, and their live chat is barely functional, making it impossible to get hold of anyone to resolve this issue. I’ve also seen other reviewers mention similar issues, which suggests this is an ongoing problem.

Unfortunately, after this experience, I think I’ll be avoiding Warrior in the future. If you're considering ordering from them, be aware that customer support is lacking, and you might receive products that are close to expiry without any prior warning.

Two stars, only because their cookie and blondie flavour bars actually taste good.

Outdated product sent and return courier keeps cancelling pick up

Terrible customer services, I am trying to return past sell by date product they sold me and am getting nowhere. The courier that they use keeps cancelling the pickup. The courier also wants a 12 hour window when they expect you to be there waiting for them to turn up.
The customer services chat on warrior website just repeats the same thing over and over. I am not sure why they even want the out of date product back?? Very concerning ...
I think they're going bankrupt.

Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service.
Paid for next day delivery and it’s been 5 days already and no parcel yet.
They said that they have a backlog, which shouldn’t offer next day delivery if they can’t deal with the orders.
They keep saying the items are ready to ship, but no date as to when will they be be colleted or delivered.

Gross

Their collagen powder tastes absolutely gross and they have the cheek to state that it is pleasant tasting!!! I had to mix it with milkshake powder just to get it down and even then it was still pretty gross to swallow. Sorry that I spent £12 today on it in Asda

Sent the wrong amount of protein 1kg…

Sent the wrong amount of protein 1kg less than I paid for and a 1kg of the wrong flavour. After telling them on the chat it was the wrong amount and flavour. They said they changed but needless to say it wasn't. I will never know what 2kg of white chocolate protein tastes like as I will never buy from them again. Then they want me to send the wrong flavour back then I will have to get in touch for a update.. although they would get a notification when it goes to the delivery company. Their a complete shambles..

Absolute joke…. No customer respect.

Absolute rubbish ….. While EVRI apparently has lost the order. EVRI advised all compensation needed to be resolved by Warrior. Warrior are not answering any emails or messages using their chat bot (doesn’t work) insta or FB messenger or WhatsApp. Absolute joke £45.11 owed and lost.

Once was a good reliable set up but not anymore. DONT USE OR ACCEPT THERE WILL BE RISK IN WHAT YOU GET AND WHEN ……. IF AT ALL.

Ordered goods from them which never…

Ordered goods from them which never arrived. Their so called customer chat never works, along with the app, the phone number was invalid and they never replied to my emails. I will never spend a single penny with these crooks again. Go somewhere else and save being robbed.

I placed an order over a week ago, nothing had arrived. So i contacted BW via live chat, Nowalski answered my reply who said the goods were delayed but they would be shipped out today. I also received a £5 credit to use on my next order, happy days!!!

Disappointing Product and Poor Customer Service

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this company regarding a quality issue with their pre-workout product. Having used over 50 tubs of pre-workout products, I know how they should mix, and this one was unacceptable—it didn’t mix properly and had to be chewed.

Despite sending a photo for comparison, I was repeatedly asked to provide videos and further evidence, which felt unnecessary and dismissive. It’s clear they were more interested in deflecting blame than addressing the issue.

The explanations I received were patronising and did not acknowledge the clear quality control problem I highlighted. I wasn’t asking for a refund—only to bring their attention to a fault. Instead, I was met with excuses and generic responses.

This experience has left me frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Taste good, but treid only 1 type of protein, however their website, app are horrible. I tried contacting customer service just to be told they not available at the working hours.

Absolutely avoid this company.!! Complete chancers, Items not arrived and no response to tons of emails and calls.. It’s now been ten days and nothing..

I’ll get my money back via bank, and karma will eventually catch up with these scamming companies..

Look at all the other reviews with same issues.. disgusting that they are doing this to customers.. They won’t be in business much longer doing this to paying customers.. 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
