I'm waiting for a product estimation date for delivery is 15- 24 March, today is the 31 of March still not arrived. i will no longer use this company they are very incompetent. I mean the Sun You Logistics company

Should be 0 stars, as they don't deserve any!!!!! As I stated last review will not order if they use this courier!!!!! Well the last item I ordered in early December was put with this courier.
The
same outcome so far "Arrived at facility" 8 December & low and behold never moves from that in tracking, that's multiple occasions now.

DO NOY USE ANY SELLER USING SYPOST. FEEL SORRY FOR SELLERS BUT THEY'VE GOT TO STOP USING THIS COURIER!!!

After reading all the reviews I was very worried I would ever receive the item however it’s was very quickly delivered taking only a total of 13 days from china to Switzerland. Once it arrived in Switzerland it was delivered by dpd 10/10

Sunyou does not do their part

Parcel in transit for over 120days

A seller sent my parcel through Sunyou. Its been 120days I haven't seen any parcel. I have bought like 4 other parcels through other logistics that I have received. I sent mail to Sunyou, no response, no address, no contact. I think they do not exist, they are scammers that sells fake tracking number and never send any parcel. For your own good, avoid them. This was my tracking number SYAET25724644

What can I say absolutely disgusting…

What can I say absolutely disgusting customer service and what a waste of time . Stay well clear of this company as they are full of rubbish and will not take any of your issues seriously. The worst experience I have ever had in my life.

The item has not been delivered, it is not possible to contact this company because the phone indicated in the contacts does not exist, but webpage is forwarded an infinite number of times to fake addresses. fraudsters

Poor customer service

The parcell never arrived in South Africa. When sending emails to Sunyou, no response from anyone. No customer service at all. Parcell had been in transit for almost 2 months . No progress on tracking number. Seems to be standing still and no one knows where package is. Not even Allleftlive. It's really poor and no one provides any form of feedback. I guess money and parcell is lost and or stolen

I have not yet received my order

I have not yet received my order. tracking shows that it has left China on the 30 Sep(now 28 Oct) no update, no mail, no way to contact them, the tracking website gives an error all the time. the contact info on the website is incorrect. Suppliers should give consumers options to use reliable couriers!

Horrible service ever

Tracking status shown as Out for Delivery for a week now and nothing from them. Not even a mail or SMS about the delivery or if I have to collect from a KIOSK. Worst part, no response to my enquiry mail I wrote to their customer service.

The companies tracking information is misleading. Tracking number states delivered. However checking with local post office it has never even entered into their mail system. Been asked to wait as SunYou will state delivered when delivered to UK Post system.. not to the customers address. This makes opening dispute cases on aliexpress difficult as appears to have been delivered.
