Bought a very expensive pair of Oakley shocktube shooting glasses the process was good but then when they showed up they constantly fog up i asked about it and of course they said for more money they could try and make it better but already paid so much i cant dump more into them especially since they also constantly slide inch forward off my face idk good people but not the best product but they do make me see better and will get me by i dont want to return and wait weeks for some other pair to show up i guess just be cafeful buying expensive glasses online i thought i did all the research i needed to but i never came across theses issues

Excellent assistance is selecting my pair of sunglasses. Prompt and courteous response to emails and phone calls. My order arrived earlier than expected and the fit and feel of my Oakley Flak 2.0 XL frames are perfect. As an older road cyclists my needs were for progressive and transition lenses. These sunglasses are performing very well with my prescription and varying sunlight. Highly recommended! Thankful for SportRx service and product.
Just received my relensed Oakley prescription sunglasses from SportRx, and I couldn't be happier. The genuine Oakley Prizm "Everyday" 24k premium progressives are perfect -- the central (distant) vision is properly placed, unlike my plain progressive glasses that I have to pull down on my nose to see clearly while driving or watching TV/movies. And the price was more than $100 less than what I would have paid using my employer's "vision plan". I mailed my frame on May 18, received my new glasses on June 4. After accounting for the transit time, just two weeks turnaround as expected.

I screwed up and SportRx made it all right.
I ordered a pair of Julbo Vintage Glacier sunglasses with prescription lenses. I received them in a timely manner. But they just weren't quite right. All I know is that wearing them made my feel nauseous and like my eyes were crossed. I contacted SportRx by email even though I had procrastinated past the 45 day return policy. I got a reply the next day saying they would try and fix the problem. And they did. They identified the problem. Most likely the glasses I had ordered just didn't sit on my face right for the prescription to be in the right place for my eyes. Figured out what frames would work and asked me if I wanted to change anything else. They sent me a post paid return label. I sent my glasses back to them. With in two weeks I had the replacement pair (Julbo Chams). Along the way I got at least 3 emails and a phone call letting me know the status of my order. The new glasses are perfect. I can't say enough good about the SportRx team and how they stand by there guarantee. I am very impressed and will buy again from them.

Great Glasses! The BEST Customer Support team!!
First the back story: My son told us he was having trouble seeing the board in his classes and admitted it had been like this for quite some time. He simply didn’t want glasses. But luckily he convinced himself it was something he needed to tell us, and he let us know about his vision issues.
We made an appointment with America’s Best for an eye exam and to purchase two basic pairs of glasses for the classroom (along with contact lenses). Everything went well, but my son told us he really wanted a pair of prescription Oakley glasses for his last few games of high school baseball (he’s a senior and graduates in less than a month).
I asked him to do a bit of research (while I did the same), and he suggested SportRX. The prices seemed competitive with other sites, and SportRX offered a style of Oakley frames that other retailers didn’t offer (and that my son really liked). So we ordered his glasses.
Now the reason for the review: As the days passed, and I found out his contact lenses were delayed (not to mention the fact that he realized how much of a difference his regular glasses made for him during outfield practice), I contacted the SportRX Customer Support team (and the hero of this story, Joyce) to see if anything could be done to speed the process of getting his sports glasses.
To say that Joyce (and everyone in the lab) went above and beyond is a MASSIVE understatement! Joyce called the lab on a daily basis to get updates and then called me soon after each day with an update on the progress of my son’s glasses. Joyce worked tirelessly to see that my son had his glasses a week earlier than had been expected and even had them delivered on a Saturday!
We are indebted to Joyce and everyone at SportRX for their tireless effort on our order…and for caring in a way that I can only describe as AMAZING!

To start, until my recent experience with sportrx I've had nothing but issues trying to get sunglasses in my (high) rx prescription. The first pair of frames I ordered. Maddie kindly reached out to let me know that unfortunately, the frames I chose cannot be used with my high prescription. I was disappointed to hear, but Maddie turned my frown upside down very fast with her extremely pleasent attitude. She was so kind and courteous and the first to "EVER" offer and look through some frames that would actually be usable with my prescription, and send a list to me via email. That made my day... I was so excited to look through what she would be sending and sure enough there was a pair of oakleys she included that had me sold right away. I'm very excited to finally get sunglasses for myself after so long of searching and being told no dice endlessly due to my high rx. A frame broke on a pair of prescription sunglasses I had purchased from SportRX. I reached out to see if they could be repaired or replaced. SportRX customer S\service representative promptly replied to my email with a prepaid USPS return shipping. The broken frames were replaced and I had my glasses back in less than a week.
