Good experience. I ordered a shoes discounted and it had mixed sizes in the box. So I sent them back. The customer service was very helpful and made me available to reorder the shoes again and get the refund after I returned the wrong items. It took time, but fairly communicated and managed from their side.

Product was perfect delivered in 2 days with UPS in Belgium. Super happy. Indeed there was no return label in the packaging but there was no need.

I actually saw all the comments here only after the purchase, there was a moment when I thought there was truth to all the bad reviews here (Maybe some of them do) But since my actual experience was completely different I decided to write a good review to balance it out a bit (:

The delivery was one of the fastest I've experienced (Although a little expensive), the product was definitely original, Email responses is not the fastest but they answer you the next day in most cases, in the end the product didn't suit me and I returned the product outside of Germany and paid for the return shipping at my own expense (it's important to note that this was agreed between us in advance), I received the refund 3 days after they received the return in their warehouse. Their terms are listed quite clearly on the website so anyone outside of Europe should take this into account, so in summary a very good experience! Recommend!

Don't buy

Don't buy! They disappeared with my purchase. They never delivered it and they don't respond to emails, Instagram, nothing!!!!

very good experience!

Amateurs

They send you a product without the return label and when you ask them for a return label they ignore your question. Also when you call your local solebox store they'll tell you to call the German customer service, so i have to pay for calling outside of my country and i have to pay for my own return label? Yeah right

Terrible service and misleading practices at Solebox

Very disappointed with Solebox. Placed an order on November 29, 2024; never received it. Customer service is slow to respond and offers no solution. Their only suggestion was to reorder the shoes, but they are out of stock and the price has significantly increased. Feels like a Black Friday scam. Eventually received a refund, but no compensation for lost time and effort. Will not order here again.

Just too good to be true

For the second time they cancalled my order without any valid reasson. Wrote to the customer service and still waiting for them to respond, also my payment from the cancalled order isn't recieved back yet. A other order is still in the process after almost 1,5 week.
I thought it was a nice shop, but never again.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. Sent out used shoes and offer a discount for a next order of 10%. Sending back is on my own cost because it was a Christmas present and therefore too late to send back.
Also respond time is also very slow. Never again, a lot of better stores online

First time ordering from Solebox. What s good experience! I ordered on 13th Dec (to Ireland) it arrived 17th.
Perfect item. Just what I ordered. Will definatly use again

Worst return experience

I would like to preface by saying that I have never had any issues with shipments or purchases.
I made my first return, sending the package at my own expense, but unfortunately, a month after the item was delivered to their warehouse, I still haven’t received a refund.
Shameful!

NO free return outside Germany!!!

NO free return outside Germany though on their website it mentioned "Stick the enclosed return label on top of the package so that the return is free of charge for you" but turned out this is only for orders in Germany. Moreover the customer service number is not reachable as it is a German toll free number and they are very slow in responding emails!!!

Shipment incomplete, no refund.

I have ordered a lot from Solebox over the last few years, but unfortunately the last shipment was very dissattisfying.
The parcel arrived very poorly packaged and with some of the small items of my order missing.
I took pictures before unboxing, showing the gaps in the packaging and submitted them with my request for refund.
Solebox was not accepting any resonsibility, blamed the delivery company and asked me to submit an affidafit to them as well as filing a complaint with the delivery company before entertaining the idea of a refund. They also wanted to have copies of those documents and a copy of my passport.
In communicationg with them, they are often unresponsive.
I got the impression, that their approach towards such complaints seems intentionally designed to wear you down, so you give up on your claim.
After 2 weeks, many mails, uploaded documents, and trips to the post office, I am still waiting for an answer about my refund.

It is also the 3rd time, i have had issues with an order.

good prices and fast shipping

i was debating if i should order from solebox because of the bad reviews ive seen but because the shoes were being such a good price i did it anyway. the package came 4 days after placing my order and i got updated once in a while. really happy with the service and the shoes!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing

I bought some trainers and a sweatshirt for €221 but on my ups paperwork they wrote €321 so I've been charged an extra €30 import tax because you wrote an inflated value on the paperwork, I knew i would have to pay import tax but you made the mistake and all your customer services told me was to contact ups when it's actually solebox at fault and you really couldn't care less as you have now ignored my emails!!
You used to be such a good company what ever happened?

Sent my shoes back from ireland and…

Sent my shoes back from ireland and pretty sure it ended up outside the 14 day window but they replied and refunded me the full amount anyway so no complaints from a customer service perspective

Just lost 250€: 4 months to deliver / No refund possible

Run!

I got my shoes literally 4 months after I ordered (paying extra amount for an Express delivery service).
In the meatime, thy did answer my emails but only saying that there's nothing they can do.

When I told them I sent the return, they just said that they do not accept returns - nor a refund. They basically kept the shoes and the money.

Terrible customer service, didn't help me at any stage, only chatting with me. I juste gave them 250€ and got nothing but problems.

Waste of time, money and nerves

I've bought 3 times from this shop and every time was worse than previous one. First time everything was fine. For the second I received a pair of shoes with "manufacturing error", as the shop finally diagnosed it. But it took 2 weeks to solve the case and offer me a discound code for the next order. But when I finally tried to use the code for a pair of shoes my order was cancelled twice and they didn't give any reason. The customer service was not answering (again), so when I finally called, they said that probably the reason is that the shoes are out of stock, while the website kept saying there's one. Apparently that's an usual problem on their site, which doesn't sound very professional. If everything goes smooth the shop is ok, but as soon as any problems start, the customer service is very slow and not very helpfull. I don't recommend it.
