Their exchange policy is absurd. I placed an order on my Amex card and when I exchanged it they had to recharge me on my Catherines credit card. And give me a credit to the account. Then I exchanged it again. Again they charged my Catherines account, but this time no credit applied to it. Where did my Amex money go? They don't even know what they are doing. Customer service is useless. They disconnect you after talking to you for an hour and your back to square one. Commenity bank is charging late fees for something I don't owe.
They all are theives. I wouldn't buy from Roamans, Catherines or Full beauty again.

The jacket was so disappointing and also nothing like previous ones. Washed out look and cheap material, ill fitting . The shirts were all 3 different . None were the same size or sized correctly. Each shirt was made in a different country with varying types of material. One actually felt like paper.
I am a retired teacher. After covid I got very sick and had to move back to Hawaii, I donated my work clothes. Now 6 years later and out of the hospital I tried to buy a new wardrobe. I spent over 2000.00 total and have really very little that is even wearable. I am sad and angry. I thought you used to care about your customers. I guess I was wrong.

The bra must be a poor remake of the original version.
Do not order this bra your breast will look pointy, minimizing should not include pointy breasts especially in a minimizer. A 36ddd does not need that added feature. The bra is officially discontinued. Hence the poor copies. HERE IS THE WORST NEWS THE SHIPPING CHARGES IN TOTAL COMING AND GOING TOTALS $25.98. 14.99 DELIVERY AND $10.99 RETURN.

Roaman's Destroyed Itself
I was just sent a top that said "taupe" color, and it was a horrible shade of dark tan!
Up until about 15 years ago, Roaman's was great. Now, they have ZERO quality control. Their styles are simply UGLY. The tunic tees have v-necks that go down PAST the cleavage. If the board of directors saw some of the beautiful, quality merchandise that I have from 20 years ago, they wouldn't believe it.
I've tried to occasionally to give them another chance but, they refuse to change so, I'm finished for good this time. Seriously, they are like talking to a brick wall!

I only owe 66.00 on my bill. I paid and they said they never got it 2 weeks later. Then they started charging me 41.00 late fee every month. Now my bill is over 400.00 and I am not going to pay them anything else. It has affected my credit score. Do not buy again Do not buy anything from them

False advertising on vs Roamans ads
Recently advertised on all their sites lounger dresses for $16.99. I ordered 3. When looking at my receipt in email they charged me $32.99 each!! I emailed and was told that their prices can change without notice. This is BS! I want it cancelled then. They would not confirm that would be done.

Long time shopper but not anymore…
I have shopped with Roamans for years; first for my mother and then for me for comfortable and casual work clothes. Recently I returned a jacket and a top, and placed an order for the jacket in a different size. The merchandise was returned and received within their 60 day return window. However, Romans held onto the returned items for three weeks and then shipped them back to me as “old merchandise” and not eligible for refund or merchandise credit. The kicker? The jacket and top are still in their catalog and online. They’ve lost a customer and I would advise others to think twice before shopping with them.
I wish I could give zero stars.

I’ve shopped Roamans for years
I’ve shopped Roamans for years. The clothing isn’t what it used to be- inconsistent sizing and quality. The prices have also increased greatly. I’m writing because for the second time over the last 2 years, I placed an order using gift cards ( from a return) and have then received an email saying the cards were not valid because they’d already been used. Customer service is a joke. They speak very broken English and are incapable of understanding what you’re trying to tell them. They can’t tell you what the order was that cards were applied to, just that they were. I absolutely will NEVER shop with any of the stores in the FULL BEAUTY line again.

thieves and extreme stress
Definitely under all circumstances do not open a credit line with these people thier late fee is $41 which must be paid on your upcoming due date or an additional $40 will be added. also the ability to get anyone on the phone to ask a simple question takes weeks and even supervisors from America do not answer basic simple questions about how their credit reporting policy works! when you finally get that one magical person to answer the most basic question even a 10 year old could understand, there is no courtesy late fee forgiveness due to their automated system not telling you that you were supposed to have paid $50 instead of your regular monthly fee which is constantly adding up these late fees. They're offer to keep you as a customer is to increase your credit line not do a forgiveness on a late fee.

Gift Card Issue and back orders
My sister sent me a gift card and their protection plan held the gift card hostage. We did not know until we called. They finally released it and I place an order over the gift card amount and paid the difference with my card. Now the order is on hold for my payment and two bras are in back order for March and May. This is ridiculous. Customer service is less than helpful. I was told I need to contact the protection plan again! Who wants to go through this when you order. This was a birthday gift to me and it’s not very fun. I was trying to exchange the back ordered bras for ones they gave in stock and I can not even do that.

I ordered a gift card for a friend and got a lot of bull from Roamon's
I ordered a gift card for a friend on 12/14/24. It didn't arrive until 12/30/24. I called to find out if it was ever sent on 12/24/24. I was told it was still being processed. I asked if I could cancel it and was given another number to call and did, but was not able to cancel it. I ordered an e certificate on 12/24/24 and expected it to me emailed to me in a a day or two. I did not received it until I sent an email on 1/08/25. I received a response on 01/09/25 with the certificate number. On 01/13/25 I received my credit card bill and it showed my card was billed on 12/14/24 for the first gift card with a $1.78 fee for getting a real plastic card and then on 12/24 for the e gift card. I would never order anything from Roaman's again.

Will never buy from any of their stores
My daughter spent $100 on 4 items having to pay $18 in shipping charges then found out one item will take almost two months to get shipped and one item to return because a bad fit cost another $10 to ship back so $28 in fees for nothing and clothes are made very cheaply.

Oh man, you know when will I learn? You know something, I think its pretty crappy they dont refund you your original payment but give you stupid E cards. I purchased 2 sweaters for me and my mother to wear on Christmas Eve. First off the quality was so bad it looked like it was made in a sweat shop. It was side bow sweater..mom got red and silver and I chose black and green. Fabric was so thin that It looked awful. The bow looked like it was made by kids and there was string hanging off of it. Anyways I returned it and waited forever for my E card and total was about 87 dollars back. Now, if I were to order clothes now with it...its less than that because I need to pay for shipping and I think it needs to be included without deducting that from my gift card. Thats just me. Now lets talk about pricing and the rip offs....these people are like a higher end TEMU for clothes. Clearance sales my bum..Their website is just dumb. I search for my size in clearance and what pulls up is not my size in clearance..what is this a good will in tech form how you organize your clearance items? almost 30 dollars for a pj top that doesnt include a bottom? Nah....you guys are awful. If it was better quality yes Id pay that. You should be ashamed of yourself on how you deceive your customers and clean their wallets out for low quality clothes. I wanted to like you guys I really did. I have been ordering from you guys for awhile and its just keeps getting worse and worse. Sweaters not warm and low quality ..your leggings for the money are not fair.

Next day shipping is a scam. if you look on the website it says:
Next Day
Delivered 1 business day from shipment date to the contiguous US, if ordered by 3 PM (EST). No PO Boxes.
However what you can't find anywhere on the website is that its only next day after the processing time which can take up to 2-3 days and weekends are not included

Made mistake of paying for order…
Made mistake of paying for order w/debit card. When I tried to track order I had lost order no at first and roamans said they had no record of order although they had already charged me 58.67. Finally found the order no I wrote down, called them back and was told order was cancelled due to item unavailability. Never recd email notice of that. Was also told I would not be billed until item shipped/which it obviously had not, yet my bank has already paid it. Had I used a credit card I could dispute charge, when you pay w/debit card it is nearly impossible to get money back. Always use credit card, not your debit card as this co sucks!

Cancelled order, but they won't cancel it. I haven't received a shipping email, so it should be cancellable. I'll instruct my delivery driver that I'm refusing to accept shipment and dispute it with my credit card.

They lie
They lie. I was promised a delivery by Thursday or Friday and that with express delivery it would be shipped on Wednesday. I asked multiple times that I would have it by Friday and was told multiple times it would be by Friday or sooner. Complete lie. Customer service not only does not care, they are completely robots repeating the same words and zero real help. Zero standing behind the brand and obviously the could care less about customers.
