I love my new radley cross body bag. It is a beautiful caramel colour, which goes with everything. It is a good size without being bulky and heavy. The leather is very soft and it should age well. I purchase most of my bags through Radley as they are well made and not overly expensive.
Well what can I say after taking my mam to Dalton park today to look for a bag . We were very fortunate to meet Jo in Radleys who welcomed us with a lovely smile and greetings. She assisted my mother who was wanting a black bag soft leather that couldn’t be scratched and a light inside so she could find her belongings . Jo was very patient and put my mum at ease nothing was to much trouble for Jo . We had been in other shops that day and seen things we liked however there was no customer service . Jo is an asset to Radley and we are coming back for another bag have a lovely day Jo abd thank you x

No problems. Delivery and packing were great.
My only thoughts are company might find it better to have a reasonable price for goods from the off rather than frequent sales and discounts which can be frustrating for the customer. Especially since dropping the dog from many things means they no longer have the same unique edge. I, like others, have bought Radley more than any other brand for decades BECAUSE of the dog as I am a huge dog lover and owner.
