What a joke, I'll probably never get it at this point. It's been over a month and nothing. They sent me a tracking number last week and the package hasn't even been scanned in yet. They apparently can't handle the volume and instead of communicating with customers they just send them fake tracking numbers.
Ordered Putterball for a birthday gift. When it arrived the putting green was wrinkled causing the ball to jump. When I called the company to get return information the phone number didn't work and it just rang and rang. Then I tried to email them and no one would return my request for information on how to return Putterball. I ended up writing a formal complaint to get this company investigated for fraud.
For us it is not a drinking game. In spite of advertising Putterball as a drinking game we purchased this for family members who golf & live in areas with seasonal weather which is not always good for outdoor games. We love the challenge!

Busted out of the box
Busted out of the box. No resolution from the customer service people. They keep saying that they are going to get back to me in 24-48h and months go by without any communication. I don’t know how to post pictures on this website so I’ll just say, the glue is all coming apart. It was like that when I got it. Out of the box, melted, the stickers are all falling off. AND ITS NOT THE MAGNETIC PIECES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OFF. ITS THE CLUE HOLDING THE MAGNET BACKING ON. which they keep telling me in the chat support. “They are magnets sir, they are supposed to come off” that’s not it. It’s like it sat in a 180 degree shipping container and the whole thing melted. DO NOT BUY.

We ordered a Putterball game from their website over one month ago. We have not received it. We have contacted their, so called, support system numerous times with no results. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and my credit card company. Just thought people should think twice before ordering from them.

I like the theory of the game
I like the theory of the game, but the green material used at the seams when folded throws off the golf ball when trying to play. Not sure the solution because i like that it folds up just dont like the speed bumps it creates.

Fell apart in 1 week
Fell apart in 1 week. The green was rippled the day we received it. The holes did not fill flush to the surface. The idea is great but the execution is less than optimal.

Great game but mediocre quality of materials
We love the game ! However, after one summer (3 short months) the edges lift. The glue on the edges comes loose. Also if you don’t store it flat, the mat “holds” the bend so you have some small bumps. That can be frustrating. But knowing that it is peaking at edges is worse if a problem. Not a long lasting product at all.

Cheaply made
It was made very poorly and did not last very long. We played it a few times before it started to bubble up and now it is nearly impossible to play on it. We ended up throwing it away which is a real shame because it was not cheap.
