100% negative

100% negative ! You have to have significant skills to perform as deadbeat as that ! Congrats !!!

Buy miles and you will not even get an receipt !!

Well every small business has to issue invoices or receipts !

Of course NOT valid for these deadbeats !!!

The email you get will not even state an amount :-)))))))))

And if you go on the "support" site these flops dare to brush you off with some stupid QA games not a single chance to contact somebody of this NONESENS company !!

Simply disgusting !

Tried to buy points for Alaska…

Tried to buy points for Alaska Airlines. Horrible experience. Transaction failed multiple times for very random reasons and every time you need to wait 3 days to see if it went through or not. Their support is also non existent

points.com lists multiple billion…

points.com lists multiple billion dollar corporations as partners on their website and has consistent server errors where people purchase points to purchase and airplane ticket, but the error messages reads: there is a problem with your credit card information, please try again or with a different credit card" making the customer try multiple times thinking they entered in one wrong number, etc. Problem is..the card is being charged every time the person attempts to purchase and Southwest does absolutely nothing about it except tells you to wait until the 'pending charges' fall off and try again. Multiple posts on this site record the same thing with other airlines. Points.com has no customer service contact number. Your credit card can only contact the merchant if the pending charges post as real charges. In the meantime, we have over $2500 of pending charges on two different cards and have still not been able to purchase a flight through purchasing points and there is no supervisor or resolution center or IT or corporate complaint contact number who can do anything about this. This issue needs to be put on national news and social media so airlines will start to collectively do something about this server error of Points.com.

Scam! Took money no points

I want to report an issue with a company called points.com. I purchased miles on the Alaska Airlines promotion using my credit card and was charged the full amount, but the points were not posted to my account. I find it hard to believe that in 2024, an internet-based company does not have an option to automatically credit the points to a customer account. This is unacceptable, as points purchasing is handled by this company. The points should be posted to the customer account immediately after purchase. I did not receive the points I paid for, and when I tried to contact support, I could not find a support number. I contacted the airlines, and they informed me that points.com handles the points. I am disappointed in this experience and wonder why the company still uses points.com for their loyalty programs. Surely there must be a better company out there.

Scammers

Scammers, I have tried to buy points with my credit card, the transaction according to the points website is wrong due to a problem with the card but the credit card is charged the entire amount and no points are credited and to make matters worse there is not a single support contact possibility on the points.com website. The exact same thing has happened to me twice with 2 different credit card transactions.

Points.com Fraudsters - Scammers - Avoid!

Unreliable fraudulent company, they won't process refunds even after waiting for 4 months. Still no refund to date; email after email they only give excuses and don't comply with regulations and the law which clearly states they should refund on request and upon cancellation of services. Proceeding to reporting them to the necessary organisations for further action.

Avoid at all costs, never purchase from or through them to avoid the hassle and losing money.
