Shamara, who I spoke with today, January 15th, on the phone went above and beyond to meet my needs with placing an order
She was professional and very polite, and extremely helpful
I give Shamara the very highest 5 star rating!
She represented Peruvian Connection very well

Honestly, hopeless!! Am still trying to buy a sweater but they do not want to sell... Have tried perfectly good cards, one credit and one debit but 'something has gone wrong' every time.

Shamara was friendly, professional, helpful and polite. Such a pleasure doing business with customer service agents such as her! She's a keeper. And, she knew about the products. Intimate details like how the colors appear in person.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the level of customer service Brandi provided. I neglected to enter a discount code when buying a dress for my wife. When I spoke with Brandi she said she would research the purchase and get back with me. I was not hopeful I would ever hear back but within 15 minutes she emailed me and told me there was a sale going on and she gave me an even better discount than I would have had. She went above and beyond to save me money. She did a lot to build up brand loyalty in Peruvian Connection

Shamara Wright was absolutely the best. She helped
me with my order and placed it for me in a store. Shamara even apologized for how I was treated by the salesman - Jeff at the Chicago store.

I have to give three stars because the pants I've purchased along with a couple of tops have been ok.
However, I go along with several of the reviews about the pilling. Unfortunately I had purchased several of the wool items at the same time or within a year of each other. I had worn the tunics maybe three times, put them away for the summer, only to find that while hanging in storage they had all begun to pill. Such a shame.
I used to rely on Peruvian Connection for the go to quality items. I purchased a gorgeous sheath for my daughters wedding in 2012. I still have it and it still looks good. But, all of the wool pieces are looking rather tacky. The popular woman's consignment store here in Omaha won't take the wool items I've taken in. I'm not sure I should even donate them.

Shamara was outstanding!!! She is like the little shopper who lives in my head. She knew exactly what I wanted and on top of everything, she provided me with accessory advice.

Shamar’s did a very good job in helping me get my order in and corrected. I’ve had nothing but good luck with her and the company.

Shamara was fantastic! I had not been able to order on line ( new system), so I called the order line. Shamara not only got my order straightened, but told me how to reregister. I love Peruvian Connection products, and now I'm happy

I ordered a long sleeve top for my wife as a Xmas gift on 20/11/23. I didn't receive any confirmation email so had no reference to use in any follow up. I must admit that I began to wonder whether, in fact, I'd imagined making the purchase however any concerns about my faculties were laid to rest today (> 1 month later!) when I received a call on a very poor quality telephone line (from a call centre far away?) from a PC "Customer Service" Representative stating that they didn't have the item in stock and they weren't expecting any more to arrive. Very sad to see that PC's decision to Globalise operations has apparently resulted in such a shocking degradation of service. My wife has been a loyal customer for many years - in fact she was just about to place an order for another dress. Given this experience, and that of other customers, I doubt she / we will be shopping with PC again - now or ever.

I am so sad about what has happed to Peruvian Connection. Every year, their material gets thinner and thinner. I bought a Waffle Henley from them and it started piling after only two wears. I agree with previous comments that the companies reputation for elegance has long since disappeared.
Their customer service is antagonistic if you call and complain. It seems that feedback about expensive garments piling in only two wears is not a situation where the customer is acknowledged or even given a credit.

If I could give it no stars I would. I have been a very good customer of this company for around 15 years. When they had the UK office, the service was impeccable. The staff knew the products, delivery was very quick, as were returns. The quality was excellent. Last year they entered into a disastrous collaboration with a designer unknown on this side of the Atlantic. Unknown for good reason as the clothes were both hideous and hideously expensive - frankly unwearable. They were so far from PCs reputation for elegance that I thought the owners had lost their minds. Customers didn't buy them and it must have cost the company a packet - which may be why they closed down earlier this year, without any warning at all. They closed the UK business, which also served Europe and all we knew was that the website didn't operate, and we couldn't get any information. I had sent returns back totalling £731 in May - I am yet to receive a refund. Maybe my money is fleecing the owners'pockets. Their call centre staff in the States have clearly not been trained properly. The people I spoke to tried to be helpful but knew nothing and spoke very poor English! Unbelievable. Here I am about 6 months later without my refund. They said they sent it on 27 September - this isn't true. It seems to be a date they have applied to other customers who, like me, are still waiting for their money. The only knowledgeable and helpful person is lovely Phil, based here in the UK. Deal with him, not the States.
This no longer a customer focused company. The clothes are now horrendously expensive. I'm afraid they've lost their way and I can no longer trust them at all.
Do not buy from them.
