don’t go to pacsun woodburn or

i order a simple pair of jeans and a tee shirt 3 weeks ago still

Dissapointing

Order said it was delivered but apartment complex never received package. Haven't shopped here in a while just for the fact it is already expensive and now terrible customer service. Very disappointing.

Ordered jeans

Ordered jeans, 3 weeks later they still haven't shipped. Told I cant cancel because its too far in the process but its been 3 weeks and still not even shipped. make that make sense.
Every time I chatted customer service I kept being told it would be escalated for process yet 3 weeks after ordering still not even shipped.

Horrible Customer Service

Sent me 2 wrong items then refused to refund me until I sent them back and waited the 20 business days for them to process the return. Finally they said they would make a one time exception after several emails of me telling them it’s against FTC guidelines to make me pay for items I did not order since I never received the items that I did order.

Love their merch. HATE their service

I always love PacSun’s printed jeans and their tees’ prints last very long without flaking. However, when it comes to customer service and refunding, they are rock-bottom, the worst.

When I called them and chose the refund option, they immediately hung up on me!! It’s outrageous as to how badly they don’t want to give you your money back. If you want your money back, you have to call your bank to chargeback on your credit card. Usually, my bank is able to get merchants to agree on giving my money back in under 7 days, but with PacSun, it took over THREE weeks. That’s insanity, which goes to show that they’ve been refusing my bank for that fair refund. They also never respond online or on social media.

PacSun used to be my favorite brand, but it’s been falling off these few years. Recently, the store closest to me started this ridiculous policy where on Black Friday week, they won’t let you use the changing rooms. How am I supposed to buy jeans without trying them on?! That forced me to guess my size and return everything the next day, because nothing fit. Had they let me try things on, I might have actually liked and kept my purchase.

I also use their app and recently bought an expensive t-shirt only for the stitching to come off in one wash. Knowing them, I know they wouldn’t refund or exchange it. If you want to ship your merchandise back, they make YOU pay a $10 shipping fee. If you take it back to their store, you can only get store credit and not cash back.

So buyer beware, if you want a chance at getting your money back, use your credit card in case you might have to chargeback. Banks won’t help you chargeback if you used debit card or cash. And PacSun’s customer service certainly won’t help you.

This company sucks

This company sucks. I was promised a refund on Jan 6 on a skirt I sent back. They said 5 days to process. I emailed them on Jan 11. No response and still no refund. BTW the refund was reduced to sale price and shipping added. Refund was approximately half of purchase price. Never again. NO REFUND!

Store. Dressing rooms are never open and they won’t accept exchanges. My daughter bought a shirt too small, tried to return same day but misplaced receipt and they would not accept return. How about keep dressing rooms open so you can try on clothes before buying.

I recently tried to exchange an item…

I recently tried to exchange an item (for a bigger size) at PACSUN, which is still sold at full price and prominently displayed in the store. The item has the original PACSUN tags attached, yet I was told that returns or exchanges are not allowed without a receipt due to a policy change. This change was never communicated to me at the time of purchase.

It is reasonable and expected that any significant policy changes are clearly disclosed to customers, whether through verbal communication by the cashier or visible signage at checkout. This did not happen. I was also not asked for a phone number to link my purchase to an account, a basic practice most credible retailers follow.

This experience reflects terrible customer service and a lack of transparency. I will not be shopping at PACSUN again and cannot recommend a store with such disappointing policies.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst Experience of my life with a name brand department store. Ordered things for Christmas gifts and 3 of the items didn’t show up When I spoke to Customer Service the girl basically called me a liar because it showed package was delivered I tried explaining that yes I did get part of the order but not 3 other items She said oh well file a police report I even sent her packing slips of things I had received as well as picture showing where missing items had not been shipped She said take it up with police or my bank. Never have I been treated so rudely by a CSR in my life I told her just bc company says package delivered they have no idea what items are in my box She didn’t care so I’m writing letter to head of company to let them know just how I was treated and I will never buy nor order anything else from them ever. If I was trying to lie about what I received why would I show her packing slips and their email saying what had shipped. I never write a bad review but I felt compelled too in this case to inform other ppl how they will be treated

Horrible shipping

I ordered an item for Cmas on 12.2 which is well in advance and I have yet to receive my item. Meanwhile, everything I bought from other sites, I've had for days if not weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. It claims I'll get it on the 20th. Why would it take 18 days. I'm hoping I get it by Cmas. I've chatted with them twice and it's done notta.

They can’t keep track of their inventory

2 out of the 3 items I ordered as a gift were “oversold”, but they waited 12 days to tell me!! So disorganized.
Now I have to scramble to get another gift and at this point it will be late. I won’t be shopping here again.

Emily Ranney is a horrible worker

I went to this location yesterday to buy some jeans i got home and i realized there is something that looks like boogers at the bottom of the pant leg. So i will return them tomorrow i said so i went to exchange them in store but they didnt have my size so i got a different pair for the exact same price $60, i’ve exchanged stuff in the past at pacsun for the same price and it doesn’t matter because it’s the same $60, so when i was about to cash out the worker needed help so they called this girl named Emily Ranney over and she was so rude omg. she literally said yeah we cant do that because it’s not the same pair and i said well it’s the same price and she said doesn’t matter and i was like can you order it online then and she said the servers were down like i know you’re lying you just don’t wanna do your job. When i was walking around and shopping i noticed her always on her phone and goofing off with her friends. Horrible worker. needs to get fired!! now i’m stuck with a pair of booger jeans all because she didn’t want to do her damn job.
