My order was many days late and I paid a high premium to make sure it arrived in time for an important trade show. It didn’t, and I didn’t have my cards for the show.
They arrived crooked cut and look very crappy, I could have done a better job myself with child safety scissors.
Extremely disappointed and won’t ever be using or recommending your products ever again.
Please issue me a full refund and reprint my cards straight this time. Ridiculous.
I'm always happy with how quickly the prints arrive. Everything came a week sooner than expected delivery date and I was very happy. However, upon opening the package, all of the posters had wrinkles all over them. The box that they came in was somewhat crushed, so this must have happened in the mailing process, as I know Overnight Prints sent the package in great condition. More firm packaging would help protect the product and ensure that it doesn't arrive in bad quality.
I placed an order for business cards and received them with poor print quality. I contacted the company and they offered to reprint them. Unfortunately, the second batch arrived with the same quality issues.
They then issued me a refund code to use as store credit for the value of the first order. I used part of this credit on a new order, which was for a lower amount than the total credit.
Now I am trying to use the remaining credit for another purchase, but the company has stopped responding. I’ve sent several emails and opened a ticket in their support system, but I haven’t received any reply.
Very disappointed with the quality and especially the lack of customer service.

They’re not worth it.
About TWO MONTHS AGO (their name is “overnight” prints..), I spent $770 on about 700 postcards that were supposed to be delivered on the 18th.
When they were not delivered, I checked the website to see what was happening, only to find out the order had been frozen. So I contacted them and asked them to unfreeze it, and they did, and said they would get right on it, and would ship it as soon as possible.
So I wait a few days, and they send me a tracking number. Okay, cool. So then I wait. And wait. And wait. And it doesn’t come in. So I contact them, and they tell me to give it a few more days. So I do.
It still doesn’t come in. So I contact them again. They contact the courier, and they say it’ll be another day. Several days pass, it still isn’t delivered. So I contact them again.
They say they’ll escalate it, and in the meantime, I’m contacting the courier, and they’re saying they never even received the package. And then overnight prints tells me the package has been delivered, when I know it hasn’t. Also, the dollar amount was only like $360 or so, when I spent like double that.
Honestly I don’t have the energy to even finish this. I asked them for a refund because I didn’t want to deal with this any more, and they refused.
So F this entire company, I hope it burns all the way to the ground. They deserve it for the way they do business. Absolutely garbage. Lost almost a thousand dollars and 2 months of my life.

Paid for expedited delivery, but order arrived days later - and company did a terrible job communicating information about true delivery date. Completely unprofessional. Company reps repeatedly gave me incorrect information, promised to get back to me - and never did, and contradicted each other. Very frustrating. Was promised I would be "compensated for any delay," but was not. Print quality was fine, this was 100% a customer service problem.

The bookmarks are beautiful. This is not the first time I have ordered them. Unfortunately, somehow the back side was not printed on this most recent order. I saw it on my confirmation and I don't recall ever getting a proof to be approved.
