April 28, 2025 Update: After writing this and a letter of grievance saying that I would write a review here and connect with the BBB if necessary, the customer service response got better and more personal with a more human tone. They escalated the case to senior customer service, and are sending a replacement pair of glasses. I still have some things to work out with them regarding the display frames I was led to order and their unstated return policy. Stay tuned.

Original review: Ordered glasses December 2024. Took about 10 days to receive. The glasses worked as expected with the hard to find frames that I like, but apparently, the frame was defective and an arm broke off late April 2025. Wrote and sent photo to support at overnightglasses.com. Tepid response stating that the frames were past the “warranty period.” With no other offer made, I asked for the warranty information. It was not given. I asked for how to purchase frames with no lenses, since I have new lenses that still work. A link was given that did not work for what I was asking, but a clue was given that I could purchase new frames from them without prescription lenses. I figured out how to modify the URL to give me the display only frames and I ordered them once again, ad will need to replace the lenses myself. No warranty information was given at time of purchase. Oddly, no sales tax was taken, either, which makes me question whether they know what they’re doing. I have buyers remorse from the feeling of not being cared about at all.

You definitely won't get your glasses overnight. I paid for rush shipping, call them. They told me it's due to ship out Friday. We'll have them by saturday.Even though that still would have been twenty four hours late. Saturday, I left the voice message since the office is closed.But somebody did return my call telling me it's still in production.And they have not. At this point I asked them to cancel it because my glasses will be ready by my eye doctor these were just a cheapo pair, even though they were $200 to get me by, so I could see. This is not a truthful company.I canceled this order.They tell me they would expedite a refund that still has not happened.

Ordered 6 days ago, glasses still haven’t shipped. I’m glad I was just testing the service but I wouldn’t use them again since they don’t do the thing they specifically advertise. Will update regarding quality when I get the glasses. They don’t appear to guarantee anything so it’s a gamble to use them for their advertised purpose.

I wanted to give them another shot so I ordered at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. They say they can get it to you next day if you order before noon. They’re in California and I’m in Washington state. Several hours after my order I received a phone call, text and email that my requested frames were out of stock. I responded within 5 minutes to the email but just received a note that I will not get my glasses in the advertised time. I would highly recommend not relying on them.

I was able to reach Paul about a concern that happened to be an issue that was a technical glitch and he was very thorough and resolved everything immediately even at their expense. Amazing customer service and I will absolutely entrust them with future purchases.

I really screwed up my order and Alvin Garcia made recovery simple and painless. He was professional, courteous, and put up with my sense of humor. Personal touches like this are unfortunately rare, but will cause me to go back to Overnight Glasses anytime. Really impressed.

I sent in frames with a new prescription and initially received glasses that I could not see through. I couldn’t read the computer screen. I sent an email and Alvin Garcia sent me a label to return them. He aired for a picture of me wearing the glasses. The corrected glasses I received are perfect. Thank you Alvin for your service.

This is my second time ordering from here. The first time my son needed reading glasses black because he was going to boot camp and we had a little time to get any RX filled by any local optometry, we ordered a pair they came too small than expected (our mistake) then we got a replacement with the correct frame sent to us right before he needed to report. The second time I ordered some glasses for my daughter and we received them in less than 2 days. Soon I have to order mine and I will use this company again, so far I can just say I’m very content with my experience and the quality of the glasses, super fast shipping, and great variety of brands and frames.

I haven't wore glasses in years. Due to a medical issue, I couldn't wear a contact in one eye for possibly 3 weeks. Being my prescription is -3.00 in both eyes, it was very hard to function. I got online and starting trying to find a company that could get my glasses to me super fast. I order around noon on a Friday. They were made and shipped the same day. Now UPS did not deliver until Tuesday, but my experience with Overnight Glasses was great. The glasses look great and came with a case, cleaning solution, and a cloth. I have already been recommending them to my friends and family.

Overnight glasses was easy to use, had what I needed and produced my glasses incredibly quickly at a really fair price (same day glasses replacemenet through LensCrafters was going to cost 400 dollars - through Overnight Glasses, just over 100 including overnight shipping. Plus, when I had a question, Christine, the on line customer support person I spoke with was incredibly helpful. I really recommend Overnight Glasses, not just for folks who are in a jam (like I was) but for people's everyday optical needs - and hope you get Christine if you have any questions.

My son broke his glasses and couldn't go to school without them. I ordered his glasses Friday morning and they were at our door before noon on Saturday. My son says they look and feel great. Was nervous at first but wouldn't hesitate to order from Overnight Glasses again.

The delivery was fast after ordering online: only took 10 minutes! The frames are contemporary and fit beautifully. The lenses are of the highest quality also. Overall, I got 2 pair of glasses for the price of one elsewhere. Overnightglasses is my place to go! 5+ STARS!

I researched prescription lens replacement and saw good reviews for Overnight Glasses. I submitted the order and followed instructions for sending it in. Once they received it, they inspected the glasses and requested a waiver since the frames already had scratches on it and whatnot. I signed the electronic waiver and received an email on the status. About a week later, I received the glasses. To my surprise, they included their own glass case, my old lens, a lint free cloth, and a spray solution for cleaning. Excellent service for those who have the time and patience to mail in and receive back via usps
