I have had two great experiences with Overnight Glasses. They make it so easy to choose a pair of glasses. And, if you run into any issues, their online chat answers all your questions. So many options, I found you can purchase expensive as well as more reasonable frames from them. And, if you have favorite frames that you want to use, they can make that work as well. Great customer service, great product, quick and efficient. I don't shop anywhere else for my glasses these days.

Service was fairly quick and customer service was excellent. (I had a question during the ordering process and I could actually talk to a live person who was very knowledgeable and had an english-dialect which was first class) . My progressive lens were a perfect fit and so was the eye alignment/measurement using the Online Cam Measurement tool. I will def be ordering more from Overnight.

Ordering was simple! Shortly after we received our glasses our son’s prescription changed. He also decided he wanted a different frame. It was so easy to swap out the frame as well as get the new prescription- all at no additional cost. I just chatted with Christine and she did the entire return and exchange. She was wonderful. The quality of the frames and lenses were great, We will definitely order from overnight glasses in the future.

Excellent customer service! Which is rare these days. Christine was very helpful and friendly over their live chat feature. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable sending them my Oakley eyeglass frames to have new lenses put in them. They provide a UPS 2-day shipping label and I just gave it to my local UPS driver. Two days later I got an email confirming they received them and were beginning to work on my lenses. Four days later, I'm wearing those new glasses while writing this review! They look and feel great and I have a pretty strong prescription that has proven difficult to make for other labs. All at a reasonable price too! I was more interested in having quality over speed and I never took the name "Overnight" seriously, so my expectations were more like a week or so and I was very happy with the turn around time of 6 working days (including shipping time). I'll be sending them another pair of Oakley's to have them do my sunglasses next! Highly recommend!

I ordered new lens from them and they sent them two weeks later and they gave me the incorrect prescription. I sent them back, once again, for them to fix them and then they sent them back, again, two weeks later without any lenses in them. They stated they would fix them, but they literally returned my glasses without anything in them. They took forever to respond to my email and I have reported them to the BBB.

May 12, 2025 Update: The company chose to make me a new pair of glasses after I complained and left the below accounting of how it went. The replacement glasses were delayed, so I went without glasses with my current prescription for a total of 15 days. I purchased a spare frame with display lenses so I could pop in the 4-month-old lenses, and upon my request, they reimbursed me for the cost of the spare frames.

The unpublished warranty info (that I requested several times and did not receive) is that "Our standard warranty covers manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of delivery. This includes issues with the frame or lenses that are not the result of accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear." I'm not sure why this information isn't available online, but since it's not included as part of the sales agreement, they really can't hold anyone to it.

I can see that many people have had a good experience with this company, and I am glad for them. My experience was not great. I had to write this review and complain more loudly than I like to get a human involved or to break through the copy-and-paste customer service style (No offence to the representative. I could tell they didn't have any power.) So if it isn't going well with them, make noise and let them know if you feel like they aren't providing the customer satisfaction they promise on their website. I think they are committed to that as a concept; they just aren't set up to provide it.

I only did business with this company because they had the frames I already had. I've learned that the hinges need a little 3-in-1 oil to keep them from breaking.

April 28, 2025 Update: After writing this and a letter of grievance saying that I would write a review here and connect with the BBB if necessary, the customer service response got better and more personal with a more human tone. They escalated the case to senior customer service, and are sending a replacement pair of glasses. I still have some things to work out with them regarding the display frames I was led to order and their unstated return policy. Stay tuned.

Original review: Ordered glasses December 2024. Took about 10 days to receive. The glasses worked as expected with the hard-to-find frames that I like, but apparently, the frame was defective and an arm broke off late April 2025. Wrote and sent photo to support at overnightglasses.com. Tepid response stating that the frames were past the “warranty period.” With no other offer made, I asked for the warranty information. It was not given. I asked for how to purchase frames with no lenses, since I have new lenses that still work. A link was given that did not work for what I was asking, but a clue was given that I could purchase new frames from them without prescription lenses. I figured out how to modify the URL to give me the display only frames and I ordered them once again, ad will need to replace the lenses myself. No warranty information was given at time of purchase. Oddly, no sales tax was taken, either, which makes me question whether they know what they’re doing. I have buyers remorse from the feeling of not being cared about at all.

You definitely won't get your glasses overnight. I paid for rush shipping, call them. They told me it's due to ship out Friday. We'll have them by saturday.Even though that still would have been twenty four hours late. Saturday, I left the voice message since the office is closed.But somebody did return my call telling me it's still in production.And they have not. At this point I asked them to cancel it because my glasses will be ready by my eye doctor these were just a cheapo pair, even though they were $200 to get me by, so I could see. This is not a truthful company.I canceled this order.They tell me they would expedite a refund that still has not happened. As to you reply, let's call a spade a spade and do not lie. First off, your agent already told me your machine scratched the lenses. The first time around, then the second time around during production. The machine scratched the lenses. The second time, then when it was supposed to go out the same day. You missed the delivery. My glasses were supposed to be delivered on a Friday. Saturday came in went. I was told they were still in production Monday. I called Alvin Garcia said they would ship out that day Tuesday morning. I woke up to another notice. How you missed the deadline for shipping? It out I have every email to prove it so please don't lie

Ordered 6 days ago, glasses still haven’t shipped. I’m glad I was just testing the service but I wouldn’t use them again since they don’t do the thing they specifically advertise. Will update regarding quality when I get the glasses. They don’t appear to guarantee anything so it’s a gamble to use them for their advertised purpose.

I wanted to give them another shot so I ordered at 11:15 am on a Wednesday. They say they can get it to you next day if you order before noon. They’re in California and I’m in Washington state. Several hours after my order I received a phone call, text and email that my requested frames were out of stock. I responded within 5 minutes to the email but just received a note that I will not get my glasses in the advertised time. I would highly recommend not relying on them.

I was able to reach Paul about a concern that happened to be an issue that was a technical glitch and he was very thorough and resolved everything immediately even at their expense. Amazing customer service and I will absolutely entrust them with future purchases.

I really screwed up my order and Alvin Garcia made recovery simple and painless. He was professional, courteous, and put up with my sense of humor. Personal touches like this are unfortunately rare, but will cause me to go back to Overnight Glasses anytime. Really impressed.

I sent in frames with a new prescription and initially received glasses that I could not see through. I couldn’t read the computer screen. I sent an email and Alvin Garcia sent me a label to return them. He aired for a picture of me wearing the glasses. The corrected glasses I received are perfect. Thank you Alvin for your service.

This is my second time ordering from here. The first time my son needed reading glasses black because he was going to boot camp and we had a little time to get any RX filled by any local optometry, we ordered a pair they came too small than expected (our mistake) then we got a replacement with the correct frame sent to us right before he needed to report. The second time I ordered some glasses for my daughter and we received them in less than 2 days. Soon I have to order mine and I will use this company again, so far I can just say I’m very content with my experience and the quality of the glasses, super fast shipping, and great variety of brands and frames.
