The products on the site are awesome, the effect is high quality. There's a product for every experience a user needs. Mild, mind bending, euphoric, relaxing. I only had one issue with a defective product and I received store credit for its replacement.
Customer service was willing to work with me on another issue that was more personal-- thank you Olofy team for the understanding. One note is I'm 1000% certain the cactus labs products aren't the advertised amounts but that is not a distributor's fault.
The lower star reviews need to note: the options for delivery are for fewer day SHIPPING not "delivery". I know that feels misleading as a customer, but they did technically tell you.

I am extremely satisfied with olofly and their support team who were so kind to me when I forgot about Presidents’ Day and was like why hasn’t my package been shipped yet and the support team kindly reminded me no shipping during holidays . I love this shop and will continue to support them

i bought some items from olofly.com and paid for priority shipping, only for usps and olofly to say it has been delivered. i looked everywhere and the package was nowhere to be found. i would like a replacement for my items.

Honest review from a 4 time purchaser

Complaint Against Olofly

Olofly’s customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had to chase them down through multiple emails and a voicemail just to get a resolution for a defective product. Despite requesting a call, they never followed up properly, and their electronic communication is a joke. I asked for leadership contact, only to be told their reps all provide “leadership-level service”, which is laughable at best.

After all this back and forth, they finally offered me a credit plus shipping. When I tried to place my replacement order, I was still being charged for shipping! Instead of simply processing the order themselves, as I suggested from the start, they told me to retry the transaction with the same code, claiming they had “fixed it”, and guess what? It still didn’t work.

I’ve wasted too much time dealing with this nonsense, and I expect Olofly to actually honor their word without making me jump through hoops for a basic reshipment. Fix this!

Shipping scam

Shipping scam. I selected priority mail shipping (2-5 days) on there website and the USPS tracker just says standard day shipping. I have not received my order within the window they promised on the OLOFLY website. They scammed me out of 6$ at checkout for a priority mailing service that they do not support.

I tried to make a purchase for my boyfriend and it said the purchase was unsuccessful so I decided not to go through with it. Then he gets a notification on his phone saying that he was charged eight times for the purchase that supposedly didn't go through. We're trying to get the money back now.
