Doorstop
I ordered a cake from Magnolia, a week before my son’s birthday. I paid for FedEx special overnight shipping. On the day of his birthday it was marked to be delivered the following day. Magnolia blamed it on FedEx error. The following day, it was again delayed to the following week. I called FedEx and was told that the cake had been shipped home shipping, not special overnight. It could not even be picked up from a local FedEx, despite being perishable. This is the last time that I would trust Magnolia for a special occasion. There are no redos on birthdays. Candles can’t be added to an apology.
