Lily’s kitchen is fantastic food for keeping a small bred healthy and happy. I have a chihuahua who cannot tolerate the raw type feeds and I didn’t want to feed him dried. This brand is working so well for his tiny digestive system and he is healthier and happier since we switched. Overall really good and we are confident he is getting the best nutrition he can. The fact we can just open a tin without all the need for defrosting etc fits well into a busy lifestyle.
Overall. Very satisfied with this product :)

Shout out to Melodie, who kindly arranged redelivery of my order which had gone missing. She went above and beyond to get the correct order to us, and even allowed me to switch items which were no longer available. They were the same products just different bundles. She was a pleasure to talk to and I am so glad we got it sorted. Thank you very much Melodie! Our cat loves Lilys kitchen and so do we.

I was transitioning my dogs from a food that was delivered frozen and received monthly. They added to much lentil and the dogs could not digest them.
The dogs absolutely loved Lily’s
Food no upse
t tummies or need to gradually introduce the changes. Really happy with the convenience of a tin.

About Lily's Kitchen

In 2008 our founder Henrietta started making food from scratch at her kitchen table in London for her Border Terrier Lily. All because she really, really loved her. That love for our pets started Lily’s Kitchen and still keeps us going today.

Pets are family and they deserve proper food
But what is proper food? Proper food means nutritionally complete recipes made by experts, labelled honestly, using ethically sourced natural ingredients. No meat meal, no additives and no cheap fillers. Just fresh meat, delicious veg, and herbs and botanicals that support your dogs’ and cats’ health so they can concentrate on sitting on laps, shoulders and heads, demanding walkies, 6am breakfasts and knocking things over with their tails ‘by accident’ – or so they claim.

We’re a certified BCorp. That means we believe in using business as a force for good. Here are a few of our guiding values:

Supporting charities
In the last 6 months we’ve donated over 28,000 meals to dog and cat shelters and we’re not stopping there. We’re always working on ways we can partner with charities of all sizes to help in any way we can, be it fundraising, donations or rolling up our sleeves and volunteering our own time.

Minimising our pawprint on the planet
From the way we work to improve our packaging (which is nearly all compostable or recyclable) to the cleaning products we choose for our office. Every decision has the planet at it’s core.

I have been ordering from Lily's Kitchen for some years now. Good, full online information and descriptions of all products.

Easy ordering, with swift courier delivery.

Lovely, delicious products for differing ages of dogs and cats. Everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner. To bedtime biscuits, and food on the go! All enjoyed with much tail wagging anticipation from my senior dog!

Best food around my dogs won’t eat…

Best food around my dogs won’t eat anything else.
The small worry I have hence not a 5 star
Is the RAINBOW STEW made my dogs and other peoples dogs around where I live physically sick (bad batch maybe)!!!
Have no idea why :-(

Have no faith in this company I have…

Have no faith in this company I have had to go out and buy some cat food as I have not received my ordered or any explanation as to why my order has not been yet sent to DPD I will be looking for other more reliable sources
