Unreliable
The user interface is unclear as canceling auto ship does not cancel the order and when I contacted them to have the order canceled they told me that they couldn't do anything after Thursday and claims that they sent emails about it which I have confirmed that I've never received such emails. Now I have to worry about over $300 of an extra expenses.
On top of that, the only food my dog is prescribed to it is frequently out of stock.
I do like how their food have been keeping my dog healthy but the customer service really needs to improve.
