I use them to ship a parcel via Parcel Force utilizing post office drop off point saved few quid delivered as an expected no issues

We have been using iPost regularly for about 2 years, generally they are very good but with the odd glitch. Pricing has been good. We prefer to drop in depot but cannot currently do this which is a major problem for us as it reduces the daily production time and we are never sure what time goods will be collected.
Notwithstanding this restriction. Our pick up driver, Kamal is extremely helpful and gets 6 stars from us!!

Next day pick up and delivery arranged. Parcel not picked up when scheduled and no update or explanation given. Chased up with phone call mid morning next day customer services unable to find reason for missed pick up. Collection was scheduled for same day. No apology or explanation when it was picked up late evening. Parcel was delivered next day to destination.
I understand these are difficult times and delays may happen, but keeping the customer informed of that should be part of the service. No refund of costs even though no next day service was provided.

Excellent !!.
Parcel collected by good self distancing Courier driver at around 11 a.m. and delivered by 9.30 a.m. the following day on a 24 hour service, at a very competitive rate (even more so w
ith a 20% discount as a first customer).
Very impressed.

I just paid and booked a parcel drop off. I put in my dimensions and when I got to the lockers a tiny small locker opened. Don’t they register what size is being shipped. I have asked for it to be cancelled but nothing so far. Not happy as the lockers where further than my usual drop offs. So wasted my time and money.

Twice I've booked and paid for collection from my address and guess what. Twice no collection. Why does a company think it's ok to take my hard earned money then sit back and do nothing. Live chat says the driver is aware to collect but obviously a paying customer is not their priority.

I hear ipost are gone now

I hear ipost are gone now, replaced with a send parcels DHL site. Such a shame, they were a really good affordable service for me to send items to my elderly parents in Spain.
Always arrived with no problem and very affordable. I'm really upset when looking for them today to find they are gone. :(

The person who picked up my parcel was arguing with me because I didn't answer the door immediately.I remained calm although he smirked at me and from that moment I knew my parcel wouldn't arrive to its dial destination. I'm pretty sure he stole ot

Not to be trusted.

74p compensation where something is supposedly covered up to £25 is just not acceptable. Didn't deliver on time, refused to pay compensation. Disreputable liars.

i thought i was sending through DHL…

i thought i was sending through DHL too. My booking failed and i couldn't print labels. After a facebook message to them, and a lot of frustration i finally got them by phone and was told that the driver might be able to label the parcel himself on pick up , maybe isn't an inspiring word, so i asked to be refunded. Then i was sent to a different dept who then told me that i had to email iparcels directly through their website. While on hold i found the ipostparcel website, which turned out to be the DHL website (the same one i had booked through). One hour later i'm still on the phone. I have now been told that i need to use the email form on the DHL website. When asked why i needed to do thi s i was told that it needs to go to customer services. I then asked who i am speaking to and was told that they are customer services but they are phone customer services and not email. Do you think they are just trying to get rid of me?? When pointing out how ridiculous this is and that it makes no sense i have now been put on hold again while they try to figure out the next thing to try. I only want a refund. I have to say that the person i spoke to was extremely helpful.

I thought I was using DHL...but no

I thought I was using DHL...but no, it was another company ipostparcels piggy backing off them called DHLparcels.co.uk. They not only failed to send me labels for an urgent delivery saying it had "failed" in their system...they then said they would refund me but 2 days later the DHL driver tries to collect the parcel that had "failed" Be careful! Use DHL Express not this company...6 emails later and a PayPal claim and I still haven't had the refund or any reply to my emails. Absolute shambles...and don't ever try to call them..the robot does not recognise the tracking number and there is no option to talk to a human....

My "lost" parcel, shady company

After having my parcel I sent with this shabby company lost I decided I needed to let people know, I noticed Francis a little further down this list had exactly the same happen to them, I feel your frustration.

This company is part of dhl and both of them are equally shady, should be ashamed, saying my parcel has been "lost" its theft by yourselves and you know this fully well, I will be taking it further!

The most funny and terrible courier

The most funny and terrible post company I ever met. I post a key cover with bubble, and ipostparcel lost it, then told me, "I am very sorry for this, as the parcel was very small it could easily be lost. Please note that we are a parcel delivery company and not equipped to handle small items such as keys." Please be reminded to who want to use their service, your parcel might be too small or too large, too soft or too hard, too round or too square, anyway, IF YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PARCEL, use it. Otherwise, a pigeon is more reliable than them.

A complete shambles of a company!

I waited four days for one of thier drivers to collect three parcels. The concept of next day delivery was clearly lost on them. Despite numerous promises from the online chat team the courier was a complete no show.

In the end I arranged a pick up with one of their competitors, who picked and delivered my parcels as promised.

The only positive for Ipostparcels is they processed my refund very quickly. Otherwise they're a complete shambles.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

terrible company to deal with. Paid for postage label then when i drove with package to drop off point the machine wouldnt recognise the label code. Phoned them to explain the problem to be told there is a problem with some labels and to try again next day. Sorry, lifes too short to waste my time and fuel trying to post a parcel. Will attempt to get a refund and you,ve lost a customer for life !

Use ipost all the time and never been a problem tho this time paid for next day delivery before 12 and the parcel was actually delivered the following day so within 2 days. Obvs a delay re COVID 19 but still don’t think should offer the service if it is not possible.

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. They had a package of mine to be sent for my sons 3rd Birthday and they had lost the Customs declaration receipt. They only decided to tell us about that after we contacted them asking for a tracking number (Which they never ever provide, you have to ask them for it) no phone number to call, only emails. Please avoid this as the customer service is the worst.

and my son will probably not get his birthday presents on time now.

I had an ipost collection in the…

I had an ipost collection in the morning on 29th May 2020. The tracking status for a parcel going to Nigeria says collected with the expected delivery date 2nd June 2020. I know that for this to be an accurate delivery date then the tracking status should have more information than 'collected'. I have tried repeatedly to speak to ipost on the Coventry number and once I enter the shipment number the response is checking your post code then silence. The call is not disconnected and no agent comes on the line. There are no post codes in Nigeria. I have submitted both an email query and a query on ipost's facebook page both 4 hours ago and there has been no response. I would like my parcel returned to me and a refund made. Update on 01.06.2020 Ipost have refused to contact me on by phone. Instead they have emailed me another customs form to complete. I simply want a phone call confirming my parcel is being returned to me. I would even drive to Milton Keynes to collect it but no one in ipost wants to pick up the phone and call me
