Bouquet exactly as advertised, if not better. Easy ordering process, and they performed exactly as promised. The delivery lady even changed the drop point at the house due to being in direct sunlight and sent me a text to let me know. Overall excellent service.

It was a really good service provided by interflora UK when I recently had flowers delivered to South Africa,
The recipient was greatly pleased with the quality of the flowers selected and delivered

This delivery was exactly what I was after, however I also tried to get a delivery to another address not far away and was told you couldn’t deliver that product there. I then tried several other products with the same result which was confusing and annoying

My last order was cancelled as you…

My last order was cancelled as you couldn't supply the flowers and it was only by chance l noticed you had refunded me lt was important to get flowers delivered so l had to go back online and reorder and pay for same day delivery. Yesterday l tried to get some more flowers delivered on Monday 28th but no flowers available only plants so l have had to use another company so l am disappointed in your service and don't feel confident in using you in the future , sadly .

This bouquet was good but not great.

The bouquet was good but not great.
The quality is variable - doesn’t drop below good however I got a very similar priced bouquet for my Mum earlier this month and it was spectacularly good in contrast to the one I received (from a different florist) this Monday.
