The hatbox of flowers was loved by our cousin. It was to commemorate her mum’s passing a year before. Contained beautiful pink flowers even lovelier than the hatbox featured on Interflora’s website. Wonderfully bright and feminine. The hatbox turned out not to be the nice cream promoted but instead a dark green… I guess maybe the green contrasted better with the pinks than the cream might have done, so p’raps for the best.

Needed flowers for my niece's graduation celebrations and you came highly recommended by a friend of my sister who lives in Atlanta. Long story short...flowers arrived on time and they were gorgeous. I was sent a photo and I was blown away by how fresh and vibrant they were. Many thanks and rest assured I will be using you in the future xoxo

Once again I was so delighted the local florist is amazing.
I ordered two bouquets and they were just fantastic, colours of all shades, sizes, smells and the arrangement was incredible. My wife loved
them which was my hope, I don’t buy flowers anywhere else, keep up the great work and thank you.

Fabulous support and resolution of a delivery issue for a bouquet I ordered to be delivered through the Interflora international service. As soon as I made contact about the non delivery issue the customer service team UK liaised with the Spanish florists and all was resolved within a one hour time frame. That’s what I call exceptional customer service and certainly going more than the extra mile for the customer. THANKYOU Interflora

Third time flowers not sent

Flowers that were bought for Mother’s Day did not get sent. Had a call during the following week to ask if the flowers still wanted to be sent. I declined.
This is the third time flowers did not get sent using Interflora.
I know it is easy to blame the florist at the other end but you had my money, you agreed the date for delivery and three times this did not happen.
I will be not using interflora anymore and will certainly consider deterring others to use it.
Sorry but my experience has been extremely disappointing and on par with the low standards of the service industry these days.
Very poor!!!

Gorgeous flowers and gift…

Very easy to order and navigate the site. Great range of gifts and occasions from which to choose and also additional gifts to accompany the floral arrangements.
My daughter was thrilled with the flowers and chocs which arrived on the due date first thing in the morning.
