They do not even deserve 1 star and I…

They do not even deserve 1 star and I wish the FBI would investigate them !!!!! I placed 2 separate orders with them but NEVEER got my orders at all!!! I feel like my $112.00 was stolen and there is no recourse,

Stay away

Stay away , if I would have read the reviews before i made a purchase, I would have not made it, customer service is not helpful . I actually like there product when I bought it in target , my honest advise to you guys . Don’t buy it . If you happen to have an issue with your order. Poor customer service. Won’t get resolved.

More like the Dishonest Company

We were gifted quite a few months of the diaper & wipe subscription (this was not requested by us, just a thoughtful gift from someone). The diapers were... bad. They smelled like chemicals every time, across multiple designs and no design. He leaked through 1+ diapers EVERY.DAY. They were thin. They aren't soft.

They started giving our LO a rash, so we decided to stop using them entirely but we still had about 9 months of subscriptions left. I asked their customer support for some suggestions on how to use this to support our LO and we were told nothing could be done. The gift cards were not able to be used on their Honest Clothing site and their main site didn't have any other baby products. We're completely uninterested in the other products. We were told to have the gifter contact them and they'd refund one month. They kept asking me to find another resolution when I think that should have been their responsibility. I even raised this up to a manager.

Some good will come from this: we're donating 9 months of diapers and wipes. It just stings to lose out on hundreds of dollars to support our new baby.

Goods not received…

I placed an order on 10th April and have never received goods. E mails going back and fire with promises that goods are on the way but now July and no goods received.

Instant Scam!

Instant Scam!
Stay away from this Chinese Co. based in Hong Kong.
They acted and advertised they were a name brand company and after purchase disappeared. Thank goodness I was looking at my bank account at the same time.

Make sure you get it right..

Bought a train ticket online in advance, and needed to change the date of travel in advance. Couldn't get a refund because the refund admin to change the date was £10, which was slightly more than the ticket. So I'll have to loose that money, and have to pay the same amount again...
Cheers greater anglia, you're the best....not sure how it costs £10 to change a ticket date already paid for...... You tell me

The most confusing giftcard system

I was gifted a $500 giftcard from the honest company and spent days trying to check out some baby clothing I picked out for my little one. However, after spending countless hours trying to apply the giftcard at checkout, I realized that the giftcard actually cannot be used for baby clothing!! This was NOT mentioned in the e-giftcard email that I received and my friend who got me the giftcard also had no idea because clothing was a tab on their website!! Super frustrating experience and super confusing system...

Order lost with no recourse

Not impressed with their customer service. I ordered a large package of products and it never arrived, despite order tracking saying it was delivered. I wrote to the company and someone responded saying that it was between me and the shipping company and I was on my own. So I tried to file a claim with the shipper, who said Honest Company actually had to be the one to do so. I reported back to the Honest Company, who said they'd file a claim for me, and then apparently never did. I never got my money back or the products. Won't try using them again.

Great customer service

I use the monthly diaper and wipe subscription. When I had to return some diapers because my little one needed a larger size, their customer service was prompt and helpful! I happily support this company.
