The canine tooth cleaners did almost nothing. After watching videos of proper use and trying it on my dog, nothing came off or was left on the cleaner I used. Almost zero results. It's a nice idea, but not effective

From the very first product I used which was the Dog Anal Gland Wipes I knew HICC Pet was a winner. I have since ordered almost every product they have for my adored fur-baby. Each product is better than the next-beautiful and subtle scent, effective cleaning and eco-friendly products in addition to being extremely gentle. My little girl enjoys being cleaned from her teeth to her ears, to her tush and entire body. The body wipes are gloriously moist and strong and the cleaning gloves are genius. I am highly immunocompromised and must have a meticulously clean environment including my little girl. I put on the glove wipes and give her a heavenly smelling, extremely effective clean from head to toe. The gloves allow for a full clean of her legs by just rubbing up and down, then her entire body, her adorable face, ears and her paws-Voilà, clean and smelling glorious. Customer service is absolutely unsurpassed in the online marketplace, respond to emails immediately, will accommodate your request and truly care that all their customers are completely satisfied. Lost shipment
I recently placed an order which got lost in transit and I never received. After contacting customer service, they sent a replacement package via a different carrier. That order is still in transit. After contacting customer service asking when I would receive the package, they responded with a date and a $9.99 refund. I have to say, their customer service is GREAT!

My order got held up due to Canada Post being on strike, and HICC Pet went the extra mile and resent my order via a different courier service at no additional charge. The sales person is very helpful, he made a bundle price for me with ear relief finger wipes, eye wipes, dental wipes and skin care spray. Very Helpful Customer Service, even by email!
I reached out to HICC Pet customer service due to my order getting missent repeatedly by USPS in different distribution centers for over a week now, and for some odd reason, it is still in that same limbo when I track shipment on USPS. Thankfully, within 24-48 hours later of my reaching out by email, the customer service team reached out to me and offered to send a replacement for free and did priority shipping with UPS this time. I am happy to say, I got it and now using the dental spray on my dogs. Hopefully the product works, but definitely impressed with the helpfulness of their customer service team.
