We have been ordering from this business for years, at times paying more for express delivery. The products are of a high quality however they arrive damaged as the courier service they use in Australia THROW our orders onto our porch causing damage to the packaging and sometimes the contents. This is now a trend whenever I order from this business. I hope they switch couriers soon!

Have had dealings with Healthpost for several years. Their service has always been fast and efficient. And their products are of good quality. I have ordered products to be sent to Australia as well and have had then received quickly and in perfect condition

Yes healthpost is trustable.
I've ordered from them for many years. The only time delivery got slow was covid lock down!
Great price products and an ethical company, using recyclable packaging and
constant charitable donations.
I've used customer service three times to alter my order and they have always been extremely helpful.

Poor courier service in Australia

A company i trust

I placed a order with health…

I placed a order with health delivery.they are based in NZ. I received a msg my order was delivered. I checked and it wasn't. I followed up with Auspost, they said it's lost in transit. I contacted the health delivery main customer support. Sharon said it's delivered. I mast check.... my house is open infront, not a tree or pot plant, clean and open. Such a shame how you can assume a situation. I wanted visual proof that it's been delivered. I paid alot for secure delivery. Sharon couldn't provide any evidence. She got defensive and rude. She ignored the situation, and wiped the problem under the carpet. Not a very honest company to deal with. I have proof of communication via email, such a pity I can't upload them ad proof.

This is the most efficient and best…

This is the most efficient and best customer service company in New Zealand. First class service. I ordered incorrect shade and although immensely busy they had no problem locating the order and altering and all despatched quickly and efficiently as usual. Well done Healthpost. All of my orders are recieved promptly and never ever had any problems.

Fabulous company

I have been using HealthPost for years for supplements, shampoos, foods, body washes. Their service is impeccable and their products always arrived quickly by courier. Never had any problems. Love the rewards. The only thing I find is that sometimes I can purchase some supplements a little cheaper on another website. However, I usually use HealthPost because their service is better and so are the rewards.

Amazing customer care experience

My parcel has been lost by NZ post. The customer care team has been highly responsive. They re-sent the items to me again while dealing with NZ post's refund claim on their side.

I love health post.

I love health post. Cheaper than other retail health stores. Rewards system is awesome. They give back to charity. Always having deals and specials. And super fast delivery compared to other stores as well. Recommend to all A+++++

Fragile delivery packaging

I've purchased products from this company three times, three times and every time I received one or more damaged product. The damaged goods are beyond usable by any means, due to the fact that the delivery packaging is too fragile and are not effective at nullifying the impact that may occur during the delivery process. Contacted the customer service everytime and still see no improvement at fixing this issue.
