Very deceptive packaging compared to the size of the actual product. The outer box only actually half filled, and then the wrapper for the individual oat bar product around 30% larger than the bar inside. Disappointing and consequently very expensive for the portion sizr

This is a delightful place to visit, and fur babies are also allowed, staff are amazing along with the food, we have been many times and had a variety of choices from the menu and can say we have never been disappointed. The coffee is the best in town, would highly recommend 😊
Purchased the pack of 4 flapjacks, following from the recent factory visit on BBC.
Not worth £2.75 absolutely no way, overpriced oats, nowhere near the quality expected. Never again.
Been buying their flapjacks for years. The quality went severely downhill in the past year when they replaced their flapjacks ingredients with vegetable oil. Ruined the texture and flavour. Also, the new flavours like the strawberries and cream tastes very artificial and low quality, as well as containing no strawberries whatsoever. They have also removed reviews from their own website. Clearly some kind of internal change has happened at Graze to boost profits by cutting quality, and they no longer care about the consumer's feedback. My many years of buying Graze products has come to an end.

About graze.com
Written by the company
We all love food and wanted to get a lot more out of our snacking. So we started inventing snacks that showed off health's more pleasurable side, and working on the best way to get them to busy foodies like us.
We've now catered to over 5,000,000 grazers across both sides of the pond (graze USA est. 2013) - and as of summer 2015, we're in stores in the UK too!
Aside from snacks, we're also proud founders of our very own charity. We're passionate about where food comes from, including the impact on the people involved. When graze was started, so was the graze School of Farming, made to support and develop a sustainable farming community in rural Uganda.

Don't buy, flapjack is a 5cm x 4cm. !
Graze 'oat boosts' flapjacks are all packaging and very little product. Each 'bar' measures 5cm x 4cm which is one bite. The box measures 14cm x 11.5cm x 4cm deep, suggesting it contains bars longer than 5cm. Great if you are dieting except they are packed with sugar. I will definitely not purchase this brand again! What a con!

Wanted to try it out and receive the free box advertised. It's not free, you are required to put in a credit card which immediately starts the process for your next paid box, if you cancel the paid box it cancels the free box. You have to pay for at least one box to receive the free box.

i started ordering graze around 2014 when i started my weight loss journey. i loved getting there snacks, cant remember getting anything bad. i wanted to start my subscription back up, i got on to the site and was turned off. The site looks nothing like what im use to, you cant select much of anything. The reviews however did it for me. Graze has tanked severely. I will not restart my subscription.

Not good anymore
Not good anymore, monthly boxes are terrible. Shame, was a good company , probably sold out to a bigger corporation.

Chilli and lime nut protein nut…
Chilli and lime nut protein nut crunch. These used to be good quality. Not sure what happened - nut mixture poor, flavouring poor. Sustainable!! Even the packaging can't be recycled from home. There's plenty of choice out there. Wouldn't purchase again

No idea if parcel will ever arrive
I placed order on 2 August, money taken, but no activity for several days. Received a response from Graze on 9 August, saying my parcel was due to be collected that day. It wasn't. I can now see from other reviews I'm not alone in facing these issues. Have now said I want to cancel order, and await response. Will escalate through PayPal if I need to. Such a shame to see how Graze have gone downhill.

Graze online shop orders not being delivered.
Online shop order placed on 2nd August. Order accepted and money taken for it. No further communication from Graze so I chased up the order on 10th August via email. No direct reply but an email from Graze on 12th August saying I would be receiving a partial refund within a week as items in my order are out of stock. No mention of this in the preceeding 10 days and still no confirmation of parcel dispatch or delivery date. I emailed again 12th August. Will I get a reply to this? Or eventually get any part of my order?
Update 14/8. Reply received but order still not shipped. NB Graze is now shipping via Royal Mail with NO TRACKING. Graze is today urging customers to place new orders prior to online shop closing tomorrow - please note delivery info above and that your parcel will take weeks to arrive, whilst payment is taken with order. Beware!

Still hasn’t dispatched
A company that seems to be on the decline - it’s been 5 days and my order is still yet to be dispatched.

Won't order again
Used to have these delivered years ago & cancelled when I moved. I thought I'd try them again and selected the items I thought I might enjoy. I tried to get hold of someone in customer services to get a tracking number. Just received an automated response that replies would be delayed. I kept checking for a tracking number - no luck. I emailed again. Usual automated response. However, eventually I received a £2 refund on my order & an email apologising for not replying sooner. The snacks did arrive and to say I was disappointed in them is an understatement. Perhaps I made the wrong choice but in view of this, and the lack of response from Graze, I will not be placing another order.

Awful Monthly Boxes
I would echo a lot of the other reviews that the new monthly monthly boxes are awful. I had been a happy subscriber to the weekly boxes for years but have now cancelled my sub to the monthly boxes as they are just so below par. No choice and double the price of the weekly boxes - not a great proposition. The prices of the weekly boxes haven't increased for a while. It would have much better if Graze had been honest and just increased the price by a bit rather than try to disguise the price increases by offering an inferior product. Bring back the weekly boxes and I'd happily re-subscribe!

I would have given zero stars if I could.
The Graze shop take your money online and after paying a fiver for guaranteed next day delivery, they just ignore your emails and online contact form for many days after with no sign of delivery. They have no contact phone number and there appears to be no refund process and I’m still unsure of any available recourse. Shockingly poor customer service! Buyer beware!

No idea when the change happened
No idea when the change happened, but the new subscription boxes are miserable! You used to be able to pick the snacks you wanted or had a preference for, and they'd send you your favourites or a nice surprise every month. It's been a couple of years but I remember there being SO much selection on the website too... now there's nothing! I took one look as I was looking for some new healthy snack alternatives again, and was immediately put off. Bring back the old snacks and sub boxes!
