I ordered two dresses of the same design in different colours. Both were absolutely lovely but one was slightly smaller than the other. I tried to return it, but the website wasn't letting me do so. I contacted customer services who were lovely and apologised for a technical error. As the dresses were so stunning and the customer service response so nice, I have decided to keep both dresses. The dresses are excellent in design and quality. I would definitely recommend Goddiva and I will certainly use them again.

Stunning corset, shame about Evri

Problem with buying through TikTok Shop
I was having a problem getting a refund as I had bought a Goddiva dress a couple of months ago, through the TikTok shop paying with Klarna. I returned the item as it didn’t fit and nobody was answering my emails about getting my refund. Do I contacted Goddiva customer service who managed to sort it straightaway & I even received my refund on the same day. I was very impressed with their customer service

Awful! Scam!!
Awful!! I purchased a handful of dresses back towards the start of April, I returned all the dresses due to them not being what I was looking for. I had to return them in two parcels as one return was to goddiva and the other was directly to the brand of the other dress - these were all ordered through goddiva! I returned the items over 2 weeks ago and can see they were both returns were delivered 28th April however I have only been refunded for one of the returns. I am now out of pocket and can’t get a response from them. I have emailed them several times and have heard NOTHING! Absolute scam!!

Awful customer service beware on…
Awful customer service beware on receiving refund! I purchased a Goddiva dress via ASOS, (you have to return the dress to Goddiva directly, who then have to confirm to ASOS they have received the dress, you receive no confirmation when you do this ). I returned 19 April via the post office. Goddiva received the dress 24 April, so I enquired about when I should expect the refund on 1 May, detailing when the dress was returned and received. I received an email from Goddiva 4 days later confirming I need to send the dress back using the QR code…..so obviously too lazy to read the email I sent and acknowledge the content. It’s been 16 days since I returned the item and awaiting a refund

multiple times, their 10 working days policy has passed and still no refund was provided. absolutely disgusting behaviour from a company. item was returned so £ needs to be reimbursed instead I have to chase and email every day. will never buy again. asos should stop selling their dresses

Terrible customer service and returns process
Terrible customer service.
I ordered Goddiva dresses through Debenhams - and was told I cannot return them as they are on final sale. This is not made clear on the Debenhams website and I therefore asked them to honour the Debenhams website which says it can be returned.
No response to my email chasing this - and with the bank holiday coming up, very much doubt this will be resolved.

Easy online experience
Ordered items through debenhams , unfortunately they were unsuitable but the returns easily generated a QR code and when I had a question about the returns I got a lovely reply from Noel - they got my parcel back and confirmed it had arrived
I would recommend this company after having an awful experience with an online retailer so was apprehensive about ordering online
I was kept up to date with delivery and order arrived quickly
