A week later, it showed the order was still processing, after which I called, and the person who told me it had been cancelled immediately after purchase, and I was never notified. I then attempted to re-order the product numerous times over the next few days and was declined every time despite using different payment methods. I called again and was told my account was frozen due to suspected fraud. He told me I would receive an email within 24 hours notifying me that my account was re-activated. 72 hours later still no email to be found. I began to log in to a different account in an attempt to finally order the products, and have requested 3 password resets, and 20 minutes later have still received nothing. Terrible service, they have officially lost a $100 plus order of business and likely all further purchases.

She said she felt bad and was sorry after I asked how to make formal complaints against their online workers and was refunded my order yesterday.

I live 20 minutes away from 3 GNC stores. It takes them over 3 weeks to deliver a common item. Customer service is totally useless. Second time I'm waiting over 3 weeks for my order. Use any other online company, their prices are lower and they deliver on time. This company is absolute garbage

Quite honestly considering myself having dodged a bullet with not being able to order from them. Saved me $100 I can have spent elsewhere and get more for my buck.

Horrible customer service experience
Horrible customer service experience - ordered 3 cases of an energy drink and received 3 large cases of the complete wrong product in the mail. After contacting customer service and submitting photos of the product I received, I was told that my original order would be immediately shipped with expedited shipping that day. 2+ days later I'm contacted and told that my order had not yet been shipped and that I now have to go ship back all of the incorrect product via FedEx (3 large, heavy boxes) and wait for those items to be received & processed by the return center before their team can confirm the issue and then eventually decide to ship my original product (which I now ordered over 2 weeks ago - making it so that it would take nearly a month to receive my order). Additionally, I was given one return label for 3 boxes of product, so FedEx was unable to accept the other boxes. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes to retrieve these additional labels so that I could return to FedEx once more for a second shipment, I was told that I still wouldn't be sent my original order until it was all received on their end. After asking if there was anything their team could do to make up for this wildly inconvenient situation, I was offered a $5 gift card for my troubles (which wouldn't even cover shipping had I accepted it). Unacceptable customer service experience as a first time GNC customer which has entirely deterred me from shopping with this company ever again. - Worked with Laura & Sebastian on their customer service team.

The GNC located at 5809 Preston Rd. Ste 585 Plano, TX 75093 CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
I placed an online order for Mag07 (qty 2) on 12/14/2024. They were running a BOGO sale, and I found an additional coupon code LIVEWELL15 that took another $9.45 off. Instead of paying the BOGO price of $62.99, my total amounted to $53.53. The order went through successfully, I received my confirmation email and viewed the pending charges of $53.53 on my account. I stopped by the store hours later to retrieve my order and was told by two men working in the store that the system was having issues and to return the next day. Seeing as how this store is 20 minutes from my home, I asked why they could not simply retrieve my items from the shelves. I showed them my confirmation email as well as the pending charges. Again, I was told that they would have to go to the back to “pick” the order and to come back within 20-30 minutes. Ok…fine, this sounds like a bunch of lies, but I decided to sit in my car parked directly out front to wait. As I am waiting, not even 5 minutes pass, and I see them go to the back of the store and return to the counter with 2 bottles of Mag07. A few minutes later, one of the men walked out the door to tell me that they cannot give me the order for the price that was paid because the system cannot find the order and the best they can do is $65 for the 2 bottles. At this point, I am baffled because why would I pay MORE for the same product that was purchased online earlier for $12 less? I exclaimed as much but was told that was the best they could do. Or…or I could come back tomorrow or Monday and MAYBE the order will actually go through at that point and then I could pick up the product. Ummm…ok, at this point, I can see the writing on the wall. I simply agreed to come back another day and I leave. Before I could exit the parking lot, I received a cancellation email stating the items were out of stock. I know for sure this is untrue because they had my 2 bottles sitting on the counter! I believe that it ultimately boiled down to that store not wanting to give me the deal that I purchased online. Just to note, I normally purchase this item via Amazon. Needless to say, I will NOT place another order with GNC, especially for this location. Back to Amazon I go! Thanks for nothing GNC! I will be sure to monitor my account for fraudulent charges (this store can’t be trusted) and to make sure the pending charge of $53.53 does not post.

Disappointing Service and Unresolved Refund Issue
I am extremely disappointed with GNC's customer service. It has been over 10 days since I requested a refund, and I am yet to see any resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, their agents have been unhelpful and showed little to no interest in resolving my issue. Every interaction has been frustrating, with no clear answers or effort to expedite the process.
To add to the disappointment, the products themselves are not up to the mark and fail to meet basic expectations. I expected much better from a brand like GNC, but this experience has left a very sour taste. I will not be purchasing from them again, and I caution others to be wary of their lack of customer care.

They send out products that have little to no shelf life left, out of date or close to. Then they ignore you when you contact them online. Poor service, poor products. Make sure you complaint to the product manufacturer about the products they are selling on their behalf because it gives them a bad name too!

This must be the worst company I have…
This must be the worst company I have ever ordered from online. First they give you the impression that they have a local site. I ordered from Australia, from a supposedly Aus site. This would give an impression that shipping rates will minimal. This will also give the impression that the cost is in local currency. Once you order you will realise, like in my case, that a AUD34.00 product actually costs more than AUD90.00 and will take almost a month to reach me. Then you try to cancel even before the transaction goes through and you are told that they are unable to do that. I will now cancel after I receive the product, and will lose US19.00 shipping charges. I am of the opinion this will be profits for them as they use the slowest delivery at the highest prices. Shameful practises. Good thing is, I used PayPal who always takes care of their customers.

I ordered from the GNC website on September 4, 2024; it was Wednesday, the regular business day, and it is now September 16, 2024, and I have yet to get my order. On their website, it says 3-5 business days, and you can see how many business days have gone, yet I still haven't received my item. I called customer support last Monday, September 9, to check on the status and after placing order on 4 and on 9 the label was created. I tried to cancel at the time, but they did not, and I phoned customer service every day until now, but there was no good response, and they are hanging up the phone, so I am caught between now and never buying from gnc again.
Worst first time customer experience.

I ordered some products from GNC
I ordered some products from GNC, after a week when I didnt recieve them I called to ask and then I get to know my order cant be processed because an item thats also was a freebie was out of stock.
Why I never get informed of this??
Then they requested they will again order it and process it soon, but even after a day, no updates on that.
Their customer support doesnt pick up after long waiting, without even using their products, worst experience already.
I am still waiting for someone to pick up call so I can cancel.
Now I am stuck, I want to order from somewhere else, but I cant cancel my items here. So guys buy at your own risk.

This is the WORST health company to order from
This is the WORST health company to order from. The past 2 times I have placed an online order it has come in damaged. I follow their protocols send them pictures as they request and they still do not replace the damaged products, they just want to give me a measly discount. NO I WANT MY PRODUCT I PAID FOR REPLACED. So I recommend people DO NOT to order from GNC go to The Vitamin Shop they actually care about their customers.

Do not recommend - worst experience
I wish I checked the reviews before buying there. I bought 4 products - 2 shakes, 2 boxes of gut probiotics, the box didn’t arrive. Went to costumer services where they stated that the delivery was done correctly and I should (in their words): reach out to your local authorities or the carrier. I didn’t hire the carrier, they did. Very bad and unhelpful costumer services. I never thought I would have this kind of problem with such a big company. Box was poorly packed, box was too big and clumsy, tape was thin and could reach both flaps. And here I’m just assuming products felt from the poorly packed box… but it still the company obligation to delivery all the products safely and correct.

China Company with Gulfball Clumps
I'd give below 1 star review after multiple issues.
1) ordered online 50% of order ruptured in the shipping box which arrived saturated. Corporate would only give me $5 refund.
2) Ordered Wheybolic 40 Vanilla two cases in store with a buy one get one 50% off. Produced was clumped into gulf ball size pudding thick clumps. I also used a purchase $90 get $20 off and redeemed points as I was a Pro member. Returned product and lost those other money savings benefits and manager told me she couldn't do anything about it. I spoke to corporate who blammed the manager and vice versa.
3) I wanted to get my “free” Pro member product for the new month. Manager said comeback tomorrow as you already have me a negative sale for the day.
Needless to say I am done with GNC which is owned by a company out of China.

Incredibly disappointed with customer…
Incredibly disappointed with customer service response to shipping issue. Ordered supplements and a box of protein bars. First picture is what inside of box looked like when received. Products just thrown in box without packing materials. Box of protein bars was previously opened and they were scattered all over the bottom of box with many of them in damaged condition. I asked for a credit on the protein bars. Customer service refused and only offered a discount on a future order. Alternatively they told me I could drive to a store myself to return them. At my time and cost. Unacceptable customer service response and they have lost me as a customer.
